ListeningAsk students to listen the materials respectively, short conversations, a long conversatio

7、n, a passage and movie speech and then finish the questions followed. Each listening material will be played twice, in order to make them understand them and grasp the main idea of the materials. 1) Understanding short conversations. 2) Understanding a long conversation. 3) Understanding a passage.

8、4) Understanding a movie speech from the movie Legally Blonde.After students listen one time of a particular material, the teacher will introduce some background information, difficult words and phrases, as well as try to improve their pronunciation, stress and intonation by imitating what they hear

Speaking 1)give students some useful expressions and provide them with some sample dialogs. making inquiries giving negative responses 2) Just being disagreeable: ask students to work in
