3、ropic diffusion rate along different direction of the substrate is included. Some results such anisotropic islands formed at various substrate temperatures, the number of islands (including single Si dimers) with different anisotropic diffusion, are obtained. It is shown that the shape and number of

6、ainty and a quadratic cost index, the problem of designing an optimal guaranteed cost state feedback controller is considered. A necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of guaranteed cost controllers is derived. Furthermore, it is shown that this condition is equivalent to the solvabili

7、ty problem of a system of linear matrix inequalities, and its solutions provide a parametrized representation of guaranteed cost controllers. Thus the design problem for the optimal guaranteed cost controller is formulated as a convex optimization problem, which can be solved by the existing convex

10、ctrochemical properties of Zr(Mn/sub 0.25/V/sub 0.20/Ni/sub 0.55/)/sub 2/ and Zr(Mn/sub 0.05/V/sub 0.40/Ni/sub 0.55/)/sub 2/ hydrogen storage alloys was investigated by means of XRD analysis and electrochemical tests. The results of XRD analysis showed that the as-cast alloys consist of C15, C14 typ

11、e Laves phase and Zr/sub 9/Ni/sub 11/ and ZrNi phases. The composition of alloys homogenized after annealing treatment. The C15 type Laves phase is still stable while the Zr/sub 9/Ni/sub 11/ and ZrNi phases decompose and C14 phase disappears partially. The final stable structure of the alloys was a

12、mixture phase of C15 and C14 type Laves phases. The results of the electrochemical tests showed that the discharge capacity and the properties of activation as well as high-rate dischargeability are ail decreased after annealing treatment. The exchange current density decreases in some degree too. A

We first examine the relationship between gate duplication and delay
