2、环节补充具体说明、注释练习等。英语新授词要注上音标。3改改正原教案中的一些错误，根据实际修改原教案中不适应本班教学的教法、学法。4删一一删除原教案中自己认为不必要的教学内容及环节。5调根据需要调换教学内容及教学环节的呈现形式，调整原教案中过程设计的先后顺序。 以上备课要求中我们应强调对原教案的增、改与调，淡化标与删，着重个人复备过程中思考的深度，以避免拿来就用、大面积的标下划线。 二、关于“复备栏”的使用 复备栏（眉记）中的复备主要包括教学内容的增补、对原教案增删修改的分析说明、预见性意见及对策、对原教案中的教法、学法分析说明等。复备时注意与原教案中的修改标记相对应。复备需高度重视对教学过程及

3、内容的修改、调整与补充。另外，原教案的字里行间 空白之处都可以作为复备的空间，不必拘泥于形式的要求。 三、关于“教后笔记”的撰写 学期教后笔记次数不少于总课数的三分之一。教后笔记既要写出教学法、教学效果的总结、教学信息的反馈，更要体现对教法、学法等理性的分析。 四、关于对“复备”的培训、督查与监控。 教研室将举行专门的培训强化复备意识，同时加大督查与监控力度，不定期随机抽查执行情况，一查一小节，一查一通报。 复备是课前准备的过程，也是教师提高知识水平和教学能力、总结教学经验的过程。同时，也是教师把可能的教学能力转化为现实的教学能力的过程。在今后的教学中，我们全体小学教师需进一步做好课时备课，共

6、基础。 教材体系、教学内容分析 本册教材主要分为以下几个板块： story time是单元核心板块。通过生动的课文，帮助学生掌握基本的英语语言知识，发展基本的英语听、说、读、写技能，初步形成用英语与他人交流的能力，促进思维能力的发展，同时提高学生的综合人文素养。 fun time是句型操练板块。通过趣味性、互动性较强的语言实践活动，帮助学生熟练掌握story time中呈现的主要词语和句型，以提高他们用英语进行简单交流的能力。 cartoon time是拓展性趣味阅读板块。通过以小老鼠bobby和小猫sam 等卡通人物为中心的趣味小故事，帮助学生复习本单元的语言知识，训练语言技能，提高阅读理解

7、能力；同时有计划地呈现下一单元即将出现的主要句型。 sound time 是总结辅音在单词中的发音。 song time/rhyme time是歌曲、歌谣学习板块。通过唱歌曲、诵歌谣等活动，激发学生的兴趣，活跃学生的身心，帮助学生潜移默化地巩固所学内容，形成良好的语感，提高听说能力和思维能力。 checkout time是检测板块。按照单元词语和句型等方面的教学目标，通过形式多样的综合性语言应用活动，帮助学生复习巩固所学的主要内容。 ticking time是自我评价板块。通过自我评价，引导学生了解自己对本单元所学主要内容的掌握情况，体验进步与成功，反思和调控自己的学习过程。 按照英语课程标准

8、 的目标要求，在每个单元特地设置了learning tip (学习提示)，在每四个单元之后还安排了一个project (综合语言实践项目)。learning tip通过简要的提示和说明，引导学生逐步掌握有效的学习方法，养成良好的学习习惯，提高学习效率；同时帮助学生了解一些英语基础知识和在英语学习中需要注意的问题。 project由几个环环紧扣、联系紧密的语言实践活动组成。在活动过程中，让学生经过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等环节，综合运用前几个单元所学的语言知识和语言技能，完成一定的学习任务，展现自己的学习成果。 学生基本情况 提高教学质量措施 1认真备课，钻研教材，抓紧课堂教学，做到当堂内容
