7、lity to Party A in accordance with the Foreign Trade Contract.3. 乙/丙方保证所交付给甲方的货物在产地、规品、数量等方面与外贸合同的规定 严格一致；如有不符，乙方应承担所有法律责任并赔偿甲方所有损失。3. Party B/C should ensure that the delivery goods including the origin，size ， quantity keep the sameas terms of the Foreign Trade Contract. Otherwise ， Party B/C shall

8、 bear all legal responsibility and compensate all loss to PartyA.4. 甲方作为乙方外贸合同签订代理人，不对外贸合同的实际履行承担责任。因 乙方或丙方违约导致的损害责任由违约方承担， 甲方并有权要求违约方承担给甲方造成 的损害责任。4. Party A entrusted by Party B as agent of Foreign Trade Contract， shall haveno liability for the actual performance of the Foreign Trade Contract.The

11、 If there are any discrepancies between the Chinese and English text ， Chinese text shall be prevailed.3. 本协议履行之任何争议，三方友好协商解决，协商不成，向甲方所在地有管辖权法院 诉讼解决，合同履行及争议解决适用中华人民共和国法律。3.
