11、分区。Dalian Port VTS Area is divided into two sub-areas：Dalian Wan Sub-area and Dayao Wan Sub-area，which is bounded by Dasanshan Dao Lighthouse. West of Dasanshan Dao Lighthouse is Dalian Wan Sub-area and east of Dasanshan Dao Lighthouse is Dayao Wan Sub-area.老铁山水道VTS区域的范围指以老铁山灯塔（3843.6N，12108.1E）为中心、

12、半径20海里以内水域。Laotie Shan Channel VTS Area means an arc centered on point Laotieshan Lighthouse （3808.1E） radius 20 nautical miles:7. 在VTS区域内，以下水域雷达不能有效覆盖：The following areas cant be effectively covered by VTS radars：（1） 大连港香炉礁航道附近水域;Adjacent waters near Xianglujiao Fairway;（2） 大五航道部分区域;Partial area of

13、 Dawu Fairway;（3） 大窑湾口门附近水域部分区域;Partial area near the gate of Dayaowan Breakwater;（4） 蛇岛西北附近水域。Adjacent waters near northwest of Snake Island.8. 大连VTS用户Dalian VTS users大连VTS用户包括在VTS区域内或拟进入该区域航行、停泊、作业的船舶、海上设施（以下简称船舶）, 以及相关单位和人员。Dalian VTS users include ships or facilities （hereinafter referred to as

14、ships）, which are sailing, berthing, and operating inside VTS Area, and relevant units and personnel.下列船舶在大连港VTS区域内应按规定向VTS中心报告：Following ships should report to VTS Center when they are inside Dalian Port VTS Area:（1） 客船；Passengers；（2） 危险品船舶；Ships carrying dangerous goods；（3） 从事拖带作业或操纵能力受到限制的船舶；Ship

15、s engaged in towing or restricted in her ability to maneuver；（4） 外国籍船舶；Foreign ships；（5） 20米及以上的其他中国籍船舶。Other Chinese ships longer than 20 meters.下列船舶在老铁山水道VTS区域内应按规定向VTS中心报告：Following ships should report to VTS Center when they are inside Laotieshan Channel VTS Area:（2） 300总吨及以上的其他船舶；Other ships no

21、the last port of call if the voyage takes less than 24 hours ） before arrival through shipping company or agent.申报网址：。 进入船舶申报系统，输入用户名和密码后登录，点击“国轮抵港报”，如实填写好申报内容后提交, 审核通过后船舶可进入VTS区域。Website of declaration: .
