26、市于2005年开始新建的新型城区。根据当地经济发展情况及环境保护要求，拟在山南新区建设一座污水处理厂，该厂处理水量30104 m3/d，回用水量25104 m3/d。本设计根据污水水质特点及当地气候条件，选用氧化沟工艺为主要核心工艺。设计流程可分为一级处理、二级处理、三级处理（深度处理）和污泥处理四部分。一级处理中，原水首先流经中格栅，去除较大的漂浮物。后经泵房提升至细格栅、旋流沉砂池，进一步去除密度较大的无机颗粒。二级处理中，回流污泥进入厌氧池进行释磷，后进入氧化沟去除有机物和氮、磷等营养元素。随后处理水进入二沉池，部分出水经消毒后排放。三级处理中，二沉池上清液经混凝、沉淀、过滤、消毒等工艺

27、处理后达标，进入中水管网。 污泥处理中，污泥首先进入污泥泵房，一部分经回流污泥泵提升到厌氧池前配泥井，进行污泥回流。另一部分由剩余污泥泵运送到浓缩池。污泥在浓缩池进行浓缩进一步降低含水率，之后送入脱水机房脱水。本设计对上述工艺进行了详细计算，初步完成了厂区的平面、高程布置，对设备、材料进行了初步选定，进行了造价和经济分析，绘制了相关图纸等，为后期施工打下了坚实基础。本工程建成后，将会收到良好的社会、经济、环境效益，有利于山南新区的可持续性建设。 关键词: 城市污水； 氧化沟； 初步设计； 中水回用； 污泥处理AbstractThe Shannan distric is a new town w

This text designs a sewage treatment plant for the Shannan district based on the local economic development and environmental protection requirements. The wastewater capacity of this plant is 300,000m3/d, and the reuse water capacitiy is 250

29、,000m3/d.According to the water quality and local climatic conditions, the text adopts oxidation ditch technology as the main core process. This design includes the primary, secondary and tertiary (advanced) treatment of wastewater and sludge treatment. In the primary treatment，the raw water first f

30、lows into the grid room to get its large floating debris removed. Then it is pumped to the grid room and vortex grit chamber to remove the inorganic particles of high density. In the secondary treatment, the sewage goes into the anaerobic pond to release phosphorus, and then enters the oxidation dit

31、ch to remove organic matter and other nutrients like nitrogen and phosphorus. The treated water continues to flow into the secondary settling tank to remove the remaining sludge, and then discharges after sterilized by ultraviolet.
