摘要

山南新区是安徽省淮南市于2005年开始新建的新型城区。

根据当地经济发展情况及环境保护要求，拟在山南新区建设一座污水处理厂，该厂处理水量30×104m3/d，回用水量25×104m3/d。

本设计根据污水水质特点及当地气候条件，选用氧化沟工艺为主要核心工艺。

设计流程可分为一级处理、二级处理、三级处理（深度处理）和污泥处理四部分。

一级处理中，原水首先流经中格栅，去除较大的漂浮物。

后经泵房提升至细格栅、旋流沉砂池，进一步去除密度较大的无机颗粒。

二级处理中，回流污泥进入厌氧池进行释磷，后进入氧化沟去除有机物和氮、磷等营养元素。

随后处理水进入二沉池，部分出水经消毒后排放。

三级处理中，二沉池上清液经混凝、沉淀、过滤、消毒等工艺处理后达标，进入中水管网。

污泥处理中，污泥首先进入污泥泵房，一部分经回流污泥泵提升到厌氧池前配泥井，进行污泥回流。

另一部分由剩余污泥泵运送到浓缩池。

污泥在浓缩池进行浓缩进一步降低含水率，之后送入脱水机房脱水。

本设计对上述工艺进行了详细计算，初步完成了厂区的平面、高程布置，对设备、材料进行了初步选定，进行了造价和经济分析，绘制了相关图纸等，为后期施工打下了坚实基础。

本工程建成后，将会收到良好的社会、经济、环境效益，有利于山南新区的可持续性建设。

Abstract

TheShannandistricisanewtownwhichhasbeingbuiltbyHuainan,AnhuiProvincefrom2005.ThistextdesignsasewagetreatmentplantfortheShannandistrictbasedonthelocaleconomicdevelopmentandenvironmentalprotectionrequirements.Thewastewatercapacityofthisplantis300,000m3/d,andthereusewatercapacitiyis250,000m3/d.

Accordingtothewaterqualityandlocalclimaticconditions,thetextadoptsoxidationditchtechnologyasthemaincoreprocess.Thisdesignincludestheprimary,secondaryandtertiary（advanced）treatmentofwastewaterandsludgetreatment.

Intheprimarytreatment，therawwaterfirstflowsintothegridroomtogetitslargefloatingdebrisremoved.Thenitispumpedtothegridroomandvortexgritchambertoremovetheinorganicparticlesofhighdensity.Inthesecondarytreatment,thesewagegoesintotheanaerobicpondtoreleasephosphorus,andthenenterstheoxidationditchtoremoveorganicmatterandothernutrientslikenitrogenandphosphorus.Thetreatedwatercontinuestoflowintothesecondarysettlingtanktoremovetheremainingsludge,andthendischargesaftersterilizedbyultraviolet.Inthetertiarytreatment,someofthesupernatantofthesecondsettlingtankissterilizedwhiletheleftispumpedintotheco
