2、 ds) coming from the Kunming waste water treatment plant. This sludge is dried to a final dryness of 90% ds.GPD 17W240污泥干燥处理线的干燥产量为每小时处理干物质含量为25%的脱水湿污泥6250公斤,脱水污泥来自昆明污水处理厂。最终干燥至干物质含量为90%。The dewatered sludge 25% ds (hereafter called “wet sludge”) is fed in a constant flow of 6250 kg/h towards the we

3、t sludge feeding nozzle on the paddle dryer. This nozzle is located at the top of the cover of the paddle dryer at the drive side of the dryer. Via this nozzle the wet sludge enters the drying chamber and falls down in the drying bed / sludge bed. In the sludge bed, two parallel paddle shafts are ro

4、tating in opposite direction, to create an intensive mixing and contact of the wet sludge with the heated walls of the paddle dryer. As a result of the intensive contact of the wet sludge with the heated walls of the paddle dryer, the majority of the water content of the sludge is evaporated, to cre

6、is continuously extracted from the dryer via a dry product overflow weir at the other end of the dryer. Because of this continuous feed and discharge of product, a more or less plug flow is created in the sludge dryer. Because of the plug flow, a continuous drying process is created.湿污泥从干燥机入口侧连续进入,干

Also the cover of the dryer is heated with thermal oil via a heat tracing. The thermal oil is circulated wit

With this spray water the product temperature of the product

10、气含量过高4. Too high level of carbon monoxide CO一氧化碳含量过高The dry sludge coming from the paddle dryer is cooled down in a cooling screw conveyor, immediately after leaving the dryer. The dry sludge is cooled down to prevent fire or explosion hazard by exposing the hot and dry sludge to the ambient air.来自桨

12、he water vapour and washing out of dust which is carried over from the dryer.在一级湿洗冷凝器中,较热的水循环流动使水蒸汽冷凝,并冲洗从干燥机中带出的灰尘。The hot scrubber water is discharged from the bottom of the 1st wet scrubber (wet scrubber collecting sump) and pumped back to the scrubber water inlet of the 1st scrubber via a plate-

13、type heat exchanger. The heat exchanger will cool down the scrubber water which has been heated up in the scrubber as a result of condensation of water vapour from the dryer. The heat extracted via the heat exchanger from the first stage scrubber can be used for external processes like heating up di

As continuo

15、us condensing takes place inside the wet scrubber, an excess amount of scrubber water (condensate) is created. This excess condensate is discharged from the scrubber water recycle loop via the self-cleaning filter during the cleaning step. During cleaning of the filter, an amount of scrubber water i

The two stage scrubber system enables heat recovery in the first stage at a high temperature level and cooling down the remaining vapours and condensate in the second stage scrubber.湿式除尘冷凝系统(WSC)设计为一个两段式系统。两阶段除尘系统可以在较高温度的第一阶段实现热回收并且冷却剩余蒸汽并在第二段除尘系统中得到冷凝。Both condensers consist of a vertical h

21、ollow column, in which the majority of the water vapour coming from the dryer is condensed. The water vapour will condense and is collected at the bottom of the WSC, where a certain condensate level is maintained. The excess condensate is being level controlled r

The automatic cleaning filter 41030 will

24、separate the large fraction of the suspended solids, which are not settled out by gravity in the lower part of the WSC. The filtered condensate will be pumped via the heat exchanger 41020 to cool down the condensate and is recycled back to the spraying nozzles of the Condenser 41000.来自底部的冷凝水通过一个过滤器4

The temperature of the cooling water is measured just before en

28、condensable gasses will leave the both condensers at the top via a demister-pad.
