2、 provisionsArticle 1 in order to strengthen the city greening management, promote the development of city greening in the city, according to the State Council city greening Ordinance and Jiangsu city greening management regulations （hereinafter referred to as the Regulations）, with the actual city,

6、rt the level of.The planning, construction and construction of new urban areas, old urban reconstruction areas, urban and rural fringe, river sides, squares, stations and piers must be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the province and these measures.Fifth city, district and County P
