1、初二英语教育教学叙事完整版初二英语教育教学叙事初二英语教育教学叙事教育叙事，即是讲有关教育的故事。它是教育主体叙述教育教学中的真实情境的过程，其实质是通过讲述教育故事，体悟教育真谛的一种研究方法。非为讲故事而讲故事，而是通过教育叙事展开对现象的思索，对问题的研究，是一个将客观的过程、真实的体验、主观的阐释有机融为一体的一种教育经验的发现和揭示过程。今年我担任八年级一班英语教学工作。刚接到这个班不到一个星期，我就发现这个班学生的特点是：聪明但懒惰。几乎一半学生学习态度极差，课外作业要么不写要么就抄袭。为此我很烦恼。怎样才能让学生认真完成作业?这是我日夜思考的问题。我首先自我反思，也许是我布置的作

2、业太单调太枯燥，学生很不感兴趣。于是我就想尽一切办法使自己布置的课外作业丰富多样，符合学生实际学习情况，精而少。我发现我们班有位男同学叫王拓。他理科学的很好，然而英语成绩却总是不及格。平时上课回答问题也很积极，就是课外作业写得是不堪入目，要么就是看不懂的天文字，要么就是不写，最糟糕的就是还让别人代写。了解到这些情况后，我决定一定要挽救这个聪明的学生，帮助他改掉恶习。于是我决定每天监督他完成课外作业。每个单元的第一节课都是听说课，上完听说课后我就会布置听说方面的作业。我安排两人一组。互相练习本节课学习到的重要句型和对话。第二天上课抽查。这个班29名学生，单出一个，我就让王拓每天和我练习。每天晚上

3、我主动给王拓用英语打电话，在电话里，我首先会说一些表扬性的话。如 mr ang, ou are lever. and ou look ool toda. i am glad to talk ith ou our english is better than before 等。王拓刚开始时还有点紧张，不知道该说什么，过了两个星期后，英语是越说越多了。现在都乐意先主动给我打电话了。每个单元都有两篇阅读文章，在上阅读课之前，我总是先给学生布置预习作业。让学生回到家里有充足的的时间进行阅读，独立完成我所布置的阅读作业。我把我们班按照学习情况分成优，中，差三个层次，根据不同层次的学生布置不同层次的阅读任

4、务。例如学习uni3 setionb reading3时，学困生预习任务：找出文中的生词和重要短语，画出hen和hile引导的时间状语从句。中等生预习任务：在完成第一个任务后，用新词和重要短语造句，用hen和hile造句。优等生除完成前两个任务后，回答文章后的5个问题。我先让王拓完成第一个任务，结果王拓很容易就做对了。我说 你完成的不错。试着用它们造出一些简单的句子，老师会帮助你的。 在我的鼓励下，王拓很结巴地说出了一些简单句。我立刻扬道 ell done!咱们再向第三个任务挑战吧，老师相信你能回答出这5个问题。 在我的表扬下王拓显得很自信，又一次认真读起了文章。虽然没能正确回答出5个问题，但

5、他在文章中找出了和问题有关的句子。可见他的阅读水平越来越高了。现在他告诉我他再也不怕考试做阅读理解题了。写作是每个同学最头疼的作业。王拓对我说 老师，你布置什么作业我都不怕，就怕你让我写作文。我考试作文最多得了2分。 我说 2分也不错呀，总比的0分强吧。老师会帮助你提高写作的。只要你按照老师说的做就一定能提高。 我首先让他准备一个摘抄本，摘抄自己认为有用的或优美的句子，并且记住这些句子。每个周末我让他写一篇自己想写的文章。文章不一定很长或很优美，只要能写出几句完整正确的句子就行。我记得他写得第一篇文章是 i don t like english. i like p.e and musi . 我

6、评价说：虽然你不喜欢英语，但英语句子还是写对了。还好没写不喜欢英语老师。 他听完我说的话，笑着底下了头。我能感觉到他还是喜欢我的。现在他的英语写作水平还是有所提高了。上学期期末考试他考了65分写作10分的题得了6分。他高兴地对我说 老师，我总算及格了.我以后还会继续努力的，下次争取考到70分。 我真为他感到高兴。我对他说 你的成绩能进步，最大的原因是因为你能够认真完成每一次课外作业。老师希望你能继续坚持下去! 常话说的好 没有学不好的学生，只有教不好的老师 。学生不愿意学，可能是老师教的不有趣，学生不愿意写课外作业，也许是作业很枯燥无趣。只有老师改变了教学法方，学生才乐于去接受，只有课外作业丰
