She said she chose to be a journalist because it is important that people grasp what isgoing on around them. 她说选择做记者是因为人们了解周围发生的事是很重要的。基本用法1. 此句为主从复合句,said后的部分直至句尾是动词said的宾语从句,省略了引导词that;同时,宾语从句中其because引导原因状语从句,that引导主语从句,what 引导宾语从句。2. it is important that. ,其中it是形式主语,真正的主语

15、. 有时候变化的模式令人难以琢磨。基本用法1. 此句中,it 作形式主语,句子真正的主语是to work out the patterns of change。当主语部分太长,谓语部分太短时,常常用it作形式主语,而将真正的主语后置,以避免头重脚轻。结构为:It+be+adj./n.+真正的主语(从句/to do sth./ doing sth.)+ for/of sb. to do sth.当表语是good, use, a waste, useful等时,通常用动名词作真正的主语。It is my duty to care for that patient.Its no use crying

18、性从句,也可以引导让步状语从句。区别的方法是:去掉wh-ever从句后,看是否可以构成完整的句子,完整则为让步状语从句,反之则为名词性从句。no matter wh-只能用来引导让步状语从句。13.
