Womenscoredhigherthanmeninfourofthefivemajorleadership-centriccategories.

Whilesomepeoplebelievethatmen inherently makebetterleaders—probablybecausetheypicturealeaderwithacommandingvoice,whichismoretypicalofmenthanwomen—thispieceofresearchsuggeststhatwomenarebetteratmethodicalmanagementandgoal-setting,openness,sociabilityandsupportiveness,aswellasabilitytocommunicateclearly.
