DrivinguparesidentialstreetinthequietsuburbofClarkston,Wash.,KimHeimgartnernoticedamanpullingagirlof11orsointoawhitesedan.Thegirlstruggled,butthemanyankedherbythebackpack,shovedherintothebackseatandspedoff.
