Inrecently,withthecallingsbecomingmoreandmoreseriouse,thepeoplepayattentiontofatiguelifeofcomponentwhichrelativetosecurityandeconomics.So,theyallputforwardfrondoserequestsforfatiguelifeofcomponent.Inthetwenty-fistcentury,thefatigue-lifeforecastofcomponentisappliedincompaniesallovertheworldstepbystep.Insomecircumstance,peoplecanforecasttheexactpositionoffatiguedamageandcomparethedifferencefatiguelifeexistsamongcomponentsunderdefiniteloadwhicharemadeindifferentmethod.Duringthedesignandmodifyingofnewpart,wemakefatiguelifeanalysisinordertogetthereliablefatiguelifeofcomponentAsresult,wecanshortenresearchingcycleandsavealotofexperimentaloutlay.Thetraditionalmethodisthatmakeexperimentwithalocomotivesampleintest-caryardandroad,whichwastelongperiodandalotmoney.However,thismethodnotonlycan'tfindouttherootofproblem,butalsodothetestaftermanufacturingthevehiclesandthatistosay:
