　　thesellershallnotberesponsibleforthedelayofshipmentornon-deliveryofthegoodsduetoforcemajeureunderucp600.thesellershalladvisethebuyerimmediatelyoftheoccurrencementionedaboveandwithin3daysthereafterthesellershallsendanoticebycouriertothebuyeroftheiracceptanceofacertificateoftheaccidentissuedbythelocalchamberofcommerceunderwhosejurisdictiontheaccidentoccursasevidencethereof.undersuchcircumstancestheseller,however,arestillunderobligationtotakeallnecessarymeasurestohastenthedeliveryofthegoods.incasetheaccidentlastsformorethan60daysthebuyershallhavetherighttocancelthecontract.
