17.Goodswarranty：

3years，Lifelongmaintenance.Ifthisbatchofproductduringthewarrantyperiodtheproductitselfanytrouble（exceptforuseofimproperforcemajeure）,thesellernotifiedwithin7daystoresolvethescene.Anycostsincurredduringtheperiod（definedasmaintenance,sparepartsandtransportfortravel）areliablefortheseller.Ifthesellerfailstocomplywiththeaboveservicecommitment,resultinginlossorimpactthebuyerthebuyerwork,inadditiontocompensationfordamagesfromthebuyer,thecontractshouldalsobear10%oftheamountofliquidateddamages.Causedduetoproductquality,personal,propertydamage,theselleracceptfulllegalresponsibilityandliability.）

　　20.6.Forcargolotsover1，000M/Teach，oranyotherlotslessthan1，000metrictonsbutidentifiedbytheBuyer，theMasterofthecarryingvesselshallnotifytheBuyerrespectively7（seven）daysand24（twenty-four）hourspriortothearrivalofthevesselattheportofdestination，bytelexorcableaboutitsETA（expectedtimeofarrival），contractnumber，thenameofcommodity，andquantity.）

　　20.7.Forbreakbulkcargoes，ifgoodsareshippedincontainersbytheSellerwithoutpriorconsentoftheBuyer，acompensationofacertainamounttobeagreeduponbybothpartiesshallbepayabletotheBuyerbytheSeller.）

　　20.8.TheSellershallmaintainclosecontactwiththecarryingvesselandshallnotifytheBuyerbyfastestmeansofcommunicationaboutanyandallaccidentsthatmayoccurwhilethecarryingvesselisonroute.TheSellershallassumefullresponsibilityandshallcompensatetheBuyerforalllossesincurredforitsfailuretogivetimelyadviceornotificationtotheBuyer.）

22.AdviceofShipment：

　　Within48hoursimmediatelyaftercompletionofloadingofgoodsonboardthevesseltheSellershalladvisetheBuyerbycableortelexofthecontractnumber，thenameofgoods，weight（net/gross）orquantityloaded，invoicevalue，nameofvessel，portofloading，sailingdateandexpectedtimeofarrival（ETA）attheportofdestination.ShouldtheBuyerbeunabletoarrangeinsuranceintimeowingtotheSeller‘sfailuretogivetheabovementionedadviceofshipmentbycableortelex，theSellershallbeheldresponsibleforanyandalldamagesand/orlossesattributabletosuchfailure.）
