InformationenvironmentischaracterizedbyanInternetera,vocationalcolleges(Anetworkasaplatformfornewmediainformationenvironmentistakingshape.AccordingtothestatisticalreportoftheChinaInternetNetworkInformationCenterofChinesenetizensreached485millionasoftheendofJune2011,coveragereached36.2%,inwhichgroupsofstudentsintheoverallInternetusersaccountedfor29.9%,muchhigherthanotherprofessionswhichcollegestudentsaremorestudentsthemainusersoftheInternetforthedevelopmentandapplicationofnewmediatechnologiestoprovideabroadstage,video-on-demand,onlinemusic,instantmessagingtechnology,networkAnimation,microblogging,theInternetencyclopedia,andothermediaformscontinuetoemerge,witheachpassingday,toattractmorestudentsfromthetraditionalmediasuchasnewspapers,radio,televisionandbookstothecomputernexttothemediacontactinvestigationinaHenanProvince,upto74.4%ofthestudentscontactwiththenetworkastheirmostmedia,theaveragetimespentonlinemorethan20hours/week,followedbyTV,booksandnewspaperscanbesaidthathasbeenformedinvocationalcollegesoncampustotheInternetandothermedia-basedinformationenvironment.
Timelinessofthe(twonewmedia,interactivemeansofcommunicationstronglyattractcollegestudents.Accordingtotheprincipleofcommunication,“aquidproquoQA/strenuouslevel=selectionprobabilityonthenetworkinformation,theknowledgestructureisdiverseandconvenientmeansofavarietyofretrievalfast,theguaranteeofrewardhasbeenfullyrecognized;exertion,theopeningofthemobileInternethasmadetheInternetmoreandmoreconvenient.AsoftheendofJune2011,China’sInternetusersusethemobileInternetreach318million,65.5%intheproportionofoverallInternetusersintheauthor-conductedsurveyofcollegestudentsinHenanmediaexposurealsoshowedthatcollegestudentsusethemobileInternethasreached91.2%.Withmobilemeansofcommunication,studentsinthecampustomaintainnetworkmediacontactsanytime,anywhere.theinteractivefeaturesofthenetworkisanotherimportantreasonstudentschoosetheonlinemediumonthenetwork,studentscannotonlyveryconvenienttoaccepttheinformationfromallsides,butmoreimportantlyisthattheycanfeedbacktheirviewstothedisseminatorofinformation,accordingtotheirinterests,viewpointsacquisitionsawandheard,andpublishtheinformationcollectedthroughmicroblogging,forums,communicationssoftware,whichledtotheconcernofthemajorityofInternetusers.
(Threelessabilitytoidentifytobecomecollegestudentsaccesstoinformationbottlenecks.Networkofnewmediaandtraditionalmediaisahugedifferencebetweentraditionalmediasuchasnewspapers,radio,television,themainfeaturesoftheprofessionalizationandspecialization,notonlydisseminatorsitselfisinformationdisseminationofthespecializedagencies,andcomprehensivepolicy,institutional,legalandregulatorydepartmentoftheconstraintsofthesemediainstitutions,the“gatekeeper”strict,authoritative.inthenewmediaenvironment,communicatorsnolongerisamanagementstrictmediaorganizationscanbeacommercialmediaorganizations,canbemanyuserstoparticipateintheforumorcommunity,tobuildandcanalsobeacommonsite,themoreaperson’sblog,microblogging.disseminatorsofitselfmaynothaveinformationdisseminationofbasicknowledge,literacyandcapacitydeficienciesintheinformationonthe“gatekeeper”.thesametime,diversificationofnetworkmediainformation,massflowofthemulti-directional,theoriginalmediacontrolmeansofthepowerlesscanbesaidthatnetworktocollegestudentsisnotstrictlya“gatekeeper”ofinformation,itsauthenticity,authority,orientation,valuesintheendhow,youneedcollegestudentswithhigheranalyticalabilitytoidentify,however,medialiteracyeducationofcollegestudentsareveryweak.basicallytoexploreontheirownintheworldofnetworkmediumabilitytoidentifypassive,fragmentedway,thisisatremendouschallengeforthem.
Twovocationalcollegesinthenetworkenvironmenttheopportunitiesandchallengesoftheideologicalandpoliticalwork(AnideologicalandpoliticalworkofthenewopportunitiesOpenedupanewcommunicationplatform.Networkdisseminationofinformation,ontheonehand,notimelimit,nogeographicspaceboundaries,norestrictionsonthenumberofparticipants,theuseofthisnewmodeofcommunication,sothattheideologicalandpoliticaleducationworkWithwiderspace.networkspreadfast,convenientinformationretrievalisalsogreatlyenhancedtheefficiencyandtimelinessoftheideologicalandpoliticalworkinhighervocationalcolleges.Ontheotherhand,networkinformationandtechnologyfortheideologicalandpoliticalworkoftechnicalmeansinnovationprovidesabroadstage.networkinformationforms,notjusttext,butalsosound,images,animation,videoscreen,thesenewformsofinformationthatcanbemobilizedstudentsavarietyofsenses,strengthentheeffectoftheideologicalandpoliticaleducationwork.informationThemodeoftransmissionisnolongeronlyfromeducationtoeducatorssinglespread,andformthree-dimensionalfullrangeofcommunicationsuchastheideologicalandpoliticalinformationthroughthewebsite,forums,instantmessagingsoftwareQQgroups,blogs,microbloggingmeansofcommunication,changethetraditionalwaysandmeansofdisseminationofinformation.
(2)improvetheawarenessofstudents’participationonthenetwork,anyonecanfreelyselecttheinformationtheyneedto,andpublishedreviews,networkmessagesandinformationissuedbyfeedback,whichgreatlystimulatedtheparticipationofcollegestudentsconsciousness.Ifyoucanreasonablyguidecollegestudents’senseofparticipation,mobilizetheinitiativeofstudents,formedtheideologicalandpoliticalworkofthe“subject”studentmode,itwillcompletelychangethetraditionalclosed,one-wayeducationstudentparticipationandastrongsenseatleastbringtwoadvantages:
