Kissi-Debrahbelievesthegovernment’sfailuretoacttoreduceairpollutionfromdieseltrafficwasabreachofherdaughter’shumanrights.

Untiltheendof2010,Ellahadbeenextremelyactiveandingoodhealth.

Hisreportsaidtherewasa“realprospectthatwithoutunlawfullevelsofairpollution,Ellawouldnothavedied”.
Holgatealsoconsideredthedeathcertificateshouldbeamendedtoreflectthefactthatairpollutionwasacontributoryfactorinherdeath.
