二、培养目标及特色

培养目标：

法学类专业人才培养要坚持立德树人、德法兼修,适应建设中国特色社会主义法治体系，建设社会主义法治国家的实际需要。

培养德才兼备，具有扎实的专业理论基础和熟练的职业技能、合理的知识结构，具备依法执政、科学立法、依法行政、公正司法、高效高质量法律服务能力与创新创业能力，熟悉和坚持中国特色社会主义法治体系的复合型、应用型、创新型法治人才及后备力量。

适应国家经济与社会发展需要，培养服务首都、面向全国，掌握法律方法和技术，熟悉法律和政策、法规，具有相关建筑和法律知识背景，培养掌握城乡建设、管理与服务基本能力的应用型法学本科人才。

毕业后能在城乡管理与服务、行政和司法系统、法律服务机构及建设企业等从事相关法律服务工作。

专业特色：

依托我校学科优势，理论教学和综合实践紧密结合，本专业学生主要学习法学的基本理论，接受法律思维和法律实务的基本训练，突出实践性、应用性特点，在法学专业主干课程基础上开设工程法与国际工程法等专业方向课程，形成建设法律专业特色。

经济法、知识产权法、合同法、商法、劳动与社会保障法、证据法、国际经济法、工程法、房地产法、建设工程合同、物业管理法；

模拟法庭比赛、社会实践、专业实训、专业实习、毕业论文

六、毕业学分要求

参照XX大学本科学生学业修读管理规定及学士学位授予细则，修满本专业最低计划学分应达到163学分，其中理论课程122学分，实践教学环节41学分。
