在请购单中的文件之间发生冲突时，优先顺序是：

1）PRCmandatorylocalrequirementsandPRCmandatoryNationalStandards

中国强制性的当地要求和中国强制性的国家标准

2）MATERIALREQUISITION/PURCHASEORDER

材质单/采购单

3）Individualdatasheetsandequipmentdrawings

单独的设备表和设备图纸

4）ProjectSpecificSpecifications

项目特性规格书

5）InternationalandNationalCodes

国际和国家编码

Allconflictsmustbesubmitted,ondiscovery,toPURCHASERwithfulldetailsforresolution.

所有的冲突一经发现，必须将全部详细的解决方案递交给买方。

Ifanyconflicthappensbetweenthestandardlistedaboveandthespecialdescriptionofthisagreement,theonethatisconducivetoenhancetheproductqualityshouldbeadopted.上述所列标准与本协议的特殊规定有冲突时，采用有利于提升产品质量的说法。
