养护，草皮、苗木的长势较差，厂容厂貌受到了影响，我公司制定养护方案如下：
一、绿化养护区域划分及维护标准
根据要求，绿化带划分为重点养护区域和次要养护区域：

养护细则及要求
乔木类
1、修剪
（1）根据树木生长习性，及时修剪定形，截口平整，不拉伤树皮。
（2）枝条分布均匀,无枯枝危膀，生长季节无异长黄叶。
（3）根据树种确定剥芽次数及剥芽部位，剥芽需及时，芽长不超过10cm。
（4）剥芽时不允许拉伤树皮。
2、病虫害防治
（1）及时防治和控制病虫害的发生。
（2）用药配比正确，操作安全，不发生药害事故。
3、树木扶正、支撑、施肥、抗旱
（1）视树木生长势，及时施基肥、追肥，全年一次。
（2）夏季及时抗旱，冬季易冻害的树木及时涂白。
