∙  Schedulingwinchisfull-geartransmissionmachinery.Gearalsoknownastheroundofthetransmissionsystem.Accordingroundofthetransmissiongearwhentheaxisofspaceintherelativepositionisfixed、canbedividedintofixedandworkingcapitaloftheaxisroundoftheround.Anotherroundoftheaxisofcylindricalmeshgeartransmissionandthecylindricalmeshgeartransmissionofpoints、andturnoverofanotherroundoftransmissionanddifferentialplanetarytransmissionofthepoints.SchedulingthewinchwithintheexistingtransmissiongearmeshingcylindricalGear、anotherplanetarytransmission、schedulingwinchplanetarytransmissiongear、alsoknownasthewinch.

   SchedulingwinchmodelscommonlyusedmainlyJD-0.4（JD-4.5）、JD-1（JD）-11.4）、JD-1.（JD-22）、JD-2（JD-25）、JD-3（JD-40）.

   JD-3-schedulingthemaincomponentofthewinchdrumfor、brakesandmotorframe.Fromthewinchdrummadeofcaststeel、itsmainfunctioniswindingropetractionload.Drum、andtheslowdowningearwiththegear.

   Winchonthetwogroupswithatotalinstalled-gatethatisBrake2、thegateway3.Motorsideofthegate2tobrakedrumbrakes、thegearintheworkofthreegatesusedtocontrolZ7groupfunctioning.

  Usemadeofcastironframe、themotorbearingsandgateswithstent-positioningarefixedwithboltsintheplaneseat.ForFlameproofforthethee-phasemotor.

 （B）JD-3-Dispatchwinchthedriveprinciple

  thistypeofwinchusedtwoInternalDrivesandaplanetarygeartransmission.Z1/Z2andZ3/Z4fortwoInternalDrive、Z5、Z6、Z7compositionofplanetarytransmissionmechanism.

  Motorheadintheinstallationofa5-axisextendedsetsofgearZ1、throughthegearsZ2、withgearZ3andZ4、themovementspreadtogearZ5、theZ5istheplanetarygearwheelofacentralround（orroundoftheSun）AndthenledthetwoplanetarygearZ6、andthegearZ7.Planetarygearfreelyinstalledinthetwodrivenandconnectedtoafixedaxis、thelargestinthegearZ7Gearworkwiththeexternalgateway、usedtocontrolwinchdrumoperation.

  IfthebiggearZ7gateontheworkofthreegatestolive、andwillbeonthebrakedrumgates2release、thistimebytwomotorrotationwithintherodentstogearwheeldriveZ5、Z6andZ7.However、duetoZ7gatehasbeenlivingandcannotrotate、sogearZ6onlyontheonehandarounditsownaxisofrotation、butalsoaroundtheaxisofgearZ5（drumcenter）tothepublic.Thusconnectedwiththerotationofthelead、thenZ6theoperationmodeverysimilartotheplanetsinthesolarsystem（suchasEarth）movement、alsoknownastheplanetarygearZ6、itstransmissionmodeknownastheplanetarytransmission.

   Conversely、ifthegearZ7intheworkreleasegate3、andwillbrakedrumonthelivegate2、theZ6directlyconnectedwiththedrum、onlyfortherotation、notrevolution、theZ1fromthetransmissionsystemchangedtoZ7Forthefixedaxisoftheround、gearZ7togoshort.Invertedfortherelease（orlivegate）gateworkBrake2or3、youcanmakeschedulingwinchinthecaseofnon-stopmotortoachieveoperatingandparking.Whentheneedtoreverseupgrade、mustbere-activatedthelaunchbutton、reversethemotorrunning.

  （4）inspectiongatewithacrack-free、wear-gaugewhetherornot（shouldhaveathicknessofnotlessthan3mm）、thetensionbarbolts、forkfirst、thegate、suchaswhetherthereisapindeformationorinjury、whethertheloosenutsbacktight、Problemsshouldbeadjustedanddealtwith.

  （5）Checkthegateandleveractionisaflexiblesystem、Shigate、theatemaynotreachthelevelposition、itshouldbeslightlySangriathanthehorizontalposition.

  （6）tochecktherooffixedwinch-and-beamissolid、basedonwhetherthereisaboltorboltsloose、whethercrackbase、theissueshouldbedealtwithpromptly.

  （7）Tocheckwhetherthenormalstartmotoridling、whethergoodgroundingtostartwith、andsowhethertheexplosion-proofelectricalequipmentandgooddemand.

（8）Checkbearingsandmotors、switches、cables、suchaswhetherthegatewiththetemperaturetoohigh、theproblemshouldbefoundtoidentifythereasonsfor、totakemeasurestodealwith.

    （5）Walksdrumandhubofthefixedscrewloose、causingswimmingdrumandhubbetweentherelativesliding.

  2.Approach

    Accordingtotheinspectiontodeterminetreatment.Ifthelooseningofthenut、inJiaoBanshutdownwhenfasteningIfnoiseisnotserious、maybeappropriatetoreducewinchload、payattentiontoobserve、tomaintaintheprovisionsofthemaintenanceshutdownattherepairifthebeepserious、theyshouldimmediatelyParkingrepairedorreplaced、soastoavoidaccidentsexpand.

    （B）OntheropewinchdrumwithBuShangrihazards、causesandtreatmentmethods、

  1.WinchdrumontheropewiththeharmBuShangri

（1）speeduptheropewear.Ropeinthemessonthewindingdrum、tractionforcetojusticeoftenrankedinthemessintheropeandpressuretogetout、causingseriouswear、resultingindiametersteelwireropeandwirebreakmoregroundandshortenthelifeoftherope.
