如果过滤风速选择合适的话，传统布袋除尘器的初始风阻在300-500pa。

运行风阻在600-1200pa，超过1500pa切青灰也无法降低风阻需要更换布袋了。

管道风阻你可以找个风阻计算软件或自己根据公式做个表格。

管件转化成等价筒直径管道算好了。

　　合适的除尘设备不但为企业创造利润，还可以为企业减少开支，什么叫合适的除尘设备呢，就是通过过滤面积、过滤风速、阻力、处理气体量各个方面综合实际工况设计制作出的布袋除尘器。

　　1.过滤面积的确定

（1）根据通过除尘器的总气量和选定的过滤速度，按下式计算总过滤面积：

　　S-　总过滤面积m2;

　　S1—滤袋工作部分的过滤面积m2;

　　S2—滤袋清灰部分的过滤面积m2;

　　Q—通过除尘器的总气体量m3/h;

　　求出总过滤面积后，就可以确定袋式除尘器的总体规模和尺寸

（2）单条圆形滤袋面积，通常用下式计算：

　　Sd—单条圆形滤袋的公称面积m2;

　　D—滤袋直径m;

　　L—滤袋长度m;

　　（3）在除尘布袋加工过程中，因布袋要固定在花板上，所以滤袋需要双层缝制甚至多层缝制;双层缝制的这部分因阻力加大已无过滤作用，同时有的滤袋中间还要固定环，这部分也没有过滤作用，故上式可改为：

　　Sj——滤袋净过滤面积m2;

　　S2——滤袋未能起过滤作用的面积m2;

　　（4）除尘布袋的数量确定：

求出总过滤面积和单条滤袋的面积后，就可以算出滤袋的条数。

如果每个滤室的滤袋条数是确定的，还可以由此计算出速个除尘器的室数。

尽管在除尘器的设计或选用中按需要确定室数，但从场地布置和维修方便考虑，常把超过6个室的除尘器的室数定为双排，把少于5个室的除尘器的各室定为单排。

　　2.过滤风速的确定

（1）过滤风速的大小，取决于含尘气体的性状、织物的类别以及料尘的性质，一般按除尘器样本推荐的数据及使用者的实践经验选取

（2）反吹风袋式除尘器的过滤风速在0.6~1.3m/s之间，脉冲袋式除尘器的过滤风速在1.2~2m/s左右，玻璃纤维袋式除尘器的过滤风速约为0.5~0.8m/s

　　3.布袋除尘器的阻力计算

（1）一般的过滤风速为0.5~3m/min时，本体阻力大体在50~500Pa之间。

但是，在考虑本体结构阻力时，应同时考虑一定的储备量。

（2）设备本体结构的阻力指气体从除尘器入口，至除尘器出口产生的阻力;

　　（3）滤袋阻力,指末滤粉尘时滤料的阻力，约50~150Pa

　　（4）滤袋表面粉层的阻力，粉尘层的阻力约为干净滤布阻力的5~10倍。

　　（5）知道了布袋除尘器的3部分阻力，过滤阻力就可以算出来了

　　4.气体量的多少计算

（1）首先要求出工况条件下的气体量，即实际通过袋式除尘设备的气体量，并且还要考虑除尘器本身的漏风量

（2）根据已有工厂的实际运行经验或检测资料来确定，如果缺乏必要的数据，可按生产工艺过程产生的气体量，再增加集气罩混进的空气量（约20%~40%）来计算。

　　（3）如果生产过程产生气体量是工作状态下的气体量，进行选型比较时则需要换算为标准状态下的气体量。
