Projectinvestmentdecisionischoiceanddecidedtoinvestactionprocess,isaimingprojectonthenecessityandfeasibilityoftechnicalandeconomictheauthentication,correctdecision-makingisreasonableandthepremisetocontroltheengineeringcost,includingfeasibilitystudy,investmentestimation,financialfoundationestimatesandevaluationdata.Projectinvestmentdecisionstagecostcontrolandmanagementofthekeyis:

1）Completestheprojectdecision-makingbeforepreparation.Comprehensivecollectinghavematerial,includingequipmentoperation,equipmenttechnicalparameters,theconstructionmarketdynamicandotherrelatedcontentoftheoriginalrecordsandinformation.Todothescientificresearchworkandthenfindoutneedemphasizestosolvetheproblems.
