  Would-beentrepreneurs,nomatterhowsmall,alsoneedagovernmentandcourtsystemthatwillmakesurepeoplehonortheircontracts.Infact,thebankingsystemsreliedonbydevelopednationsarebasedonjustsuchanenforceablecontractsystem."Wewouldnotdepositourmoneyinbanks...ifwecouldnotrelyonthebankhavingtohonoritscontractwithus,andthebankwouldnotbeabletomaketheprofitsitneedstostayinbusinessifitcouldnotenforceitsloancontractswithborrowers,"Olsonwrites.
