Chokingvictimsusuallyhaveonlyaboutfourminutesbeforetheycollapseandsometimesdie.Youcannotjuststandbyanddonothing.Luckily,Chenhadlearnthowtogivefirstaidinschool.SeeingZhangchoking,heremainedcalmandreactedimmediately.Chenlatersaidabouttheincident,“HowcouldIjustifysittingthereanddoingnothing?

Weareallhumansandweallhavearesponsibilitytolookafteroneanother'swelfare.”
