TheresearchanddesignusingCADsystemfortheclutchofautomobile
Clutchisusedtotransferandswitchofthepowerswhicharecomingfromtheengine.Inautomobile,clutchisconnectedwithengineandderailleur.Itcanshutofandstablytransferthepowerbetweenthem.Howtoreasonably,effectivelyandspeedilydesignclutchalwaysisthepursuingdestinationofallclutchfactories.TheappearanceofCADwhichistheabbreviationofcomputeraideddesignmakeitpossible.AutomobileCADistheforerunnerofCADallthetimes.CADisfistusedinautomotiveindustryandbecomemoreandmoreindivisiblewithCAM,CAEandCAPfurthermore,integrationisbecomingtoreality.Researchinghowtousecomputertoaidusdesigntheautomobileclutchandhowtodevelopausefulandadvancedautomobileclutchcomputeraideddesignsystem-abbreviationisACCADthatcanmakeasteadysystemframeworkforautomobilecultchintegrateddesignandmanufacturesystem.arethedestinationofthisthesis.
ACCADsystemshouldfirstlybeabletoaidengineerdesignclutch,secondlytoaidengineeranalyzethedesignedclutch,finallytoorganizeandmanagethedataofdesign.Fromthelong-termconsiderationitshouldalsobeabletoaidworkshopmanufactureclutchandhelpmanagersuperviseallthelifecycleofclutch.Soitshouldhaveacorewhichcanintegrateallthesesubsystem.Engineeringdatabase(EDB)isjustforthisuseandUsingEDBtoconstructCIMSbecomeaninevitablecurrent.InordertoexpandACCADandrealizeclutchCIMSinthefutureACCADsystemalsoneedEDBasthecoretointegrateeachdesignandmanagementsubsystemintoawholesystem.AtthethirdchapterofthisthesisthetechnologyofEDBandhowtodesignautomobileclutchEDBareresearchedandautomobileclutchEDBissetupaccordingtotheframeworkofentiredatabase,projectdatabaseanddesigndatabase.
Thetraditionalproceduresofthedesignofautomobileclutchare:
selectingstoringconfident,designingclutchstructuretype,frictionflat,clutchsketch,assembledmoduleandeachpartofclutch.Inourcountry,alltheseprocedurearehandmade,butinthecomingyearswiththeapplicationofcomputeraideddrawingsoftwaresuchasAutoCADofAutoDeskcorp.engineeringdrawingcanbasicallybedonebycomputer.Butthedepictingcapabilityofthistwo-dimensionengineeringdrawingmoduleissodeficientthatitcanonlybeusedasdrawingsandcan'tbeusedtoanalyzebycomputer.AlongwiththeappearanceofB-Pmodelingandcurve-basedorsolid-basedmodeling,mechanicpartsaredenotedbythree-dimensionmodulewhichcanbetteraidengineerdesignandanalyzethem.Butthismodulelosespartsofthewholeinformationofthem,soitresultsinmuchdifficultytointegrateaideddesignsubsystem,aidedmanufacturesubsystemandcomputeranalyzingsubsystem.Feature-basedmodelingcanjustmakeupthisshortcoming,andalsoifitcombineswithparameterdesigntechnologyitcanenhancethecapabilitynotonlyofdepictingbutalsooffastamending.Attheforthchapterofthisthesisthetechnologyoffeature-basedisresearchedandtheparametricfeature-basedsolidmodelsarecreateduponMDTthatisbelongingtoAutoDeskcorporation.
Inordertoaidedengineerstodesignclutchfastercomputerisusedtosimulateengineerstousevariantdesigntechnologytodesignclutchproductsthatarebasedonoriginalmodels.Variantdesigntechnologyhassomeintelligence.IntelligentCADisadirectionofdevelopingCAD.AtthefifthchapterofthisthesisthetechnologyofvariantdesignisresearchedandvariantdesignofautomobileclutchisachievedonMDTbythetechnologyofparametertable-drivenandfeaturerestrained
BesidessomedegreeofintegrityandintelligenceACCADsystemshouldhavesomedegreeofautomation,thatistosaythatACCADcanautomaticallydesignclutchaccordingtoprimitivedesignrequests,analyze,checkandoptimizesomebasicparametersofclutch.Atthesixthchapterofthisthesisthecombiningmodelofclutchisanalyzed,someformulasofdesigningandcalculatingbasicparameterarededuced,theworkinginstancesofdiaphragmspringareanalyzedandthecharactersofload-distortionandstress-strainarecalculatedsimulativelybytheformulasofA-Lwhichareapprobatoryinternationallynowadays.Theoptimizationsofsomebasicparametersanddiaphragmspringarecarriedoutbymuti-bodyarithmeticinwhichdesigndestinations,designrestrictionsandtheprimitivevalueofdesignvariablescanbechangedaccordingtorealdemands.Instancesdeductionanddesigntemplatesareusedtodesignthemodelofeachpartofclutchandallthesemodelsareassembledautomaticallyafterthatbasicparametersandstructuretypearecompletedaccordingtoprimitivedesigndemands.Thedesigntemplatesarededucedinexistingdesigninstanceofclutchproductbyintergentinstance-deducingtechnology.Thendesignerscanmendandto-and-frodesignthemtilltheycanmeetthedesigndemands.Socomputeraidedfunctionandman'sinitiativecanbefullyenlarged,automaticdesignandmutualdesignarecombinedindeed.
ItneedsnotonlymuchknowledgeofautomobileclutchdesignandCADbutalsomuchhighleverofsoftwaredesignandcomputerapplicationtoreallyrealizesuchacomplicateandadvancedACCADsystem.SoIalsoresearchedthemethodofobject-orientedandtheoperationsystemofWindowsandstudymanysortsofprogramdesignlanguage.ThetheoryofsoftwareengineeringisusedtoanalyzeACCADsysteminrequirement,functionstructure,flowchart,projectdesignandmoduledesign.ThesoftwaredevelopingtoolsofVisualBasicandVisualC++areusedtodesignandimplementtheACCADsystem.Yi-Dongclutchcorporationhaveappliedittodesignclutch.PracticeprovesthattheACCADsystemcanaiddesignerstodesignclutchwell,remarkablyimprovetheabilityofclutchproductdesign,greatlyshortenthedesigncycleandalsoithasveryhighstabilityandextensibility.
INVESTIGATIONTODYNAMICSANDCONTROLOFVEHiCLEAMTCLUTCHESDURiNGENGAGEMENT
ChinaAutomotivePartsenterprisesfacemoreandmorepressureandchallengewithChinajoiningWTO.TheglobalAutomotiveandPartsMNCaregraduallyenteringthelastlyandlargestpotentialmarketoftheworld.ThelocalautomotiveindustryespeciallypartsisnotsogoodasMNCnomatterinscale,capitalcapacity,productstechnicallevelandmarketinglevel.Soinorderthetoexist,thelocalautomotivepartsenterprisesmustimprovethemselvesasquicklyaspossibleinsomethefields.OneoftheimportantreasonsforthisriskistheslowProductEngineeringwithlowtechnicalcontent.Itiscausedbyseveralreasonsthatareoutdatedengineeringmethod,insufficientworkingexperiences,lowqualityoftheworkingpeopleandtheoutdatedmethodologyofproductEngineering,andthelastoneisthemostimportantreason.
IncomparisonwithhydraulicAutomaticTransmission(AT)andContinuouslyVariableTransmission(CVT),AutomaticMechanicalTransmission(AMT)hasadvantagesofmuchlowercostinmanufacturingandeasierinstallationindrivelinesystem.Thismeansthatthereexistsavastpotentialmarketfordevelopmentofsuchamechanicaltechnology.AsanimportantfunctionalmoduleinAMTvehicles,however,theautomaticclutchesdevelopedbyfarstillhavesomeshortcomings,forexample,ofroadstartupfailure,considerableshock,unstableshifting,friction-causedservicelifereduction,andtime-delayresponse.Thekeyconcernisthereforeconcentratedinthisdissertationonrealimplementationofoptimaltransientresponsesandcontrollawsduringengagementoftheclutches,anddetailedinvestigationsaremadebothintheoryandexperiment.
Strongnonlinearitiesexistinsuchcomponentsystemsasengine,clutchmembranespringandservoactuatorandconsequentlydifficultiesareencounteredindesignoftheoptimalcontrolforimprovingtransientresponsesoftheautomaticclutch.AsystemsynthesisisproposedhereinforthestudyofnonlineardynamicsandcontrolofAMTautomaticclutches.Basedonprinciplesofautomotivepowertrainsystems,themainsystemunderconsiderationcanbedecomposedintotwosub-systems,engineandtransmissionsystems.ThePopovsuperstabilitytheoryhasadoptedforthefirsttimeinassociationwithreference,modelfollowingadaptivecontrolfortheengine.monitoring.Theenginemonitorrequiresaccuratepredictionsofrationalvelocities.ApredictionmodelisconstructedonthebasisofflatneuralnetworkAfastrecursivealgorithmisused
toimprovethelearningspeedbyforgettingfactor.Accordingly,thepresentneuralnetworkalgorithmleadstoconsiderablereductionofeffortinnetworkweightingmatrixaswellasincreaseofself-learningandadaptabilityofneuralnetworkalgorithmstononlinearandnonstationarysystems.Ithasbeenshownbycomparisonofthenumericalresultswithexperimentsthatthemodifiedalgorithmisprovedtobereliableandeffectiveintheengineconditionmonitoring.Inmodelingthesystem,theload-deflectionrelationshipoftheclutchmembranespringisgenerallytreatedasablackbox,andasaresultmanyadvancedcontrolmethodscannotbeapplied.Anewapproachfortheblackboxisrequiredneverthelessindevelopmentoftheaccuratemodel.ThenonlinearrelationshipismathematicallyderivedoutfortheclutchsystemduringengagementandafurtherprogressisthusmadetocertainextentfortheAlmen-Lazslomethod.Bymatchingcontrolinputsofthetwosubsystems,asyntheticallyoptimalperformanceofthesystemcanbeachieved.Itcanbeseenthatbythesystemsynthesis,notonlythedesignofafeedbackcontrollerisaccommodatedaccordingtolongitudinaldynamicrequirementsofthewh
