  Itistomethatindulginginmobilephonesproducesnativeinfluencesonbodyandmind.Firstandforemost,overusingmobilephonesisdetrimentaltophysicalhealthforwatchingmobilesforalongstretchdefinitelyimpairsone’seyesight.Supposethatamanisaddictedincellphonesinwhateversituation,itwillbeverydisadvantageousforhimtoconcentrateonhiswork,learning,ordailylifeandisverylikelytohurthim.Furthermore,overusingcellphonesadverselyaffectsstateofmind.Anaddictmaystayinsidehisbubbleinsteadofpursuingotherendeavors,whicheventuallypreventsthegrowthofthinkskills.

  Frommyperspective,theelectroniccontactcannotreplacefacetofacecommunicationowingtothefollowingfactors.Tobeginwith,over-relianceonelectroniccontactwilldamagetheinterpersonalrelationship,forthecoldmachineneverreplacesawarm-heartedgreetingfacetoface.Forexample,theagedparentswouldliketheironlysonwhoworksfarawayhometocomebackhomemoreoftenratherthantotalkwithhimontheinternetoccasionally.What’smore,facetofacecommunicationispreferablebecauseitisbeneficialtobuildaharmonioussociety,foritattachesmoreimportanceonhumanaffectionandfeelingsinsteadofconvenienceandspeed.
