乐观与悲观演讲稿

　　像向日葵一样活着

　　我感觉人，必需要像向日葵一样活着。

在黑夜里等待，暴风暴雨里等待，就算只显现了一点点阳光，却也想尽力朝着那些光生长。

　　有一天，一名记者问大文豪萧伯纳先生关于乐观和悲观的观点，萧伯纳先生说：

就比如半杯酒，乐观的人看到就会说：

太好了，还有半杯；而悲观者会说：

糟糕！

只剩下半杯了。

这确实是区别。

　　相信大伙儿从那个小故事里已经明白了乐观与悲观的区别。

悲观者看到的永久是灰暗的一面，即便他到了春天的花园，看到的也是冬季的枯树残枝；而乐观者看到的却是姹紫嫣红，自然，他的眼里，处处都是春天。

　　有这么一个故事：

两个年轻人到一家公司面试，面试官问：

“你感觉原先的公司如何”第一个年轻人说：

糟透了，同事们尔虞我诈，钩心斗角，整个公司的死气沉沉。

第二个年轻人说：

那儿的同事待人热情上司关切下属，公司气氛和谐，要不是不能发挥我的特长，我不想离开那。

后来第二个年轻人被录取了。

乐观者就像向日葵一样活着，不管黑夜多长，不管乌云多浓密，他们总相信有一道光会穿透天空，他们始终相信阳光会洒满一地。

　　作为大学生更应该有向日葵那样面向阳光的精神，要微笑面对生活，微笑面对生活，第一，咱们应该减缓悲观情绪，能够通过这几点来减缓悲观的情绪：

一、明白得法，对人对事，要换位试探，明白得他人，多了宽容少了误解，心中的阴霾自然就会消散。

二是转移法，能够把注意力放到其他的情形上，做些自己喜爱做的事，有的人喜爱书法，就能够够练练书法，有的人喜爱跳舞，就能够够去狂欢一下。

维持乐观的重要性

今天我想谈一谈维持乐观的重要性。

咱们注意到，当在生活中碰到困难时，咱们中的有些人选择逃避它们。

但令人遗憾的是，如此的态度对你没有任何益处，因为若是你连面对它们的勇气都没有的话，你怎么去征服它们呢？

因此，乐观起来吧，女士们、先生们，因为它会带给你信心，帮忙你渡过难关。

正如温斯顿丘吉尔所说，“乐观者在每次灾难中都看到机缘；悲观者在每次机缘中都看到灾难”。

　　玫瑰花可能很美，也可能不美，这，仅仅取决于你的态度；而成功也如此，人一辈子也如此。

困难和阻碍的确存在，可是若是你很乐观的话，那它们就仅仅是咱们通向成功之冠的漫长道路上的小插曲；与其说它们是障碍，不如说它们是桥梁！
