3.突发事件问题是中考书面表达的热点话题，从地震到甲型H7N9流感病例（A/H7N9flucases），都频频出现在各地中考试卷中，因此必须重视。

但这类文章的写作有一定的难度，掌握基本句式和写作技巧非常必要

下面有关地震的一些说法仅供参考

⑴地震的“震级”：

地震的强度（magnitude）一般按照里氏震级（RichterScale）划分，它是将震级范围从1到10的一种对数标度，用以表现地震放出的能量总数，是根据美国地震学家CharlesFrancisRichter命名的。

⑵地震的“破坏”：

地震之所以可怕，除了其来势迅猛，猝不及防外，还因为它往往破坏力惊人。

英语中，描述其破坏力的词，按由轻到重的次序大致有damage，destroy，devastate，shatter，level，flatten等等。

⑶房屋“坍塌”：

在英语中，无论是坍塌还是垮塌，其实都是一个词，即collapse。

房屋collapse的后果就是被夷为平地，而英语中表示“夷为平地”的对应说法是flatten。

⑷次生地质灾害：

次生地质灾害（secondarygeologicalhazards），由于是由primarydisaster（原生灾害）所引发的，因此属于一种secondarydisaster（次生灾害），比如地震后出现的quakelake（堰塞湖）就属于seismicsecondarydisaster（地震次生灾害）。

⑸救援“黄金时间”：

Goldenwindow就是指救援“黄金时间”，也就是灾后72小时。

⑹过渡安置房：

Pre-fabhouse是“活动房”，完整的形式是pre-fabricatedhouse，在安置受灾群众的时候，这些活动房都被称为“过渡安置房”。

⑺疫情防控：
