Abstract

Indonthemainsupermarketmanagement,includingstockmanagement,cashiermanagement,inventorymanagementandstaffmanagement4aspects.Systemcanbecompletedonthevarioustypesofinformationhere,query,add,delete,modifyfunctions.Systemisthecoreofmarketing,inventorymanagementandreceivingforthelinksbetween,eachtablewillbelinkedtoamendtheimpactofotherformsUponthecompletiontheinformationagetoday,theeffectivenessofthecomputerisalreadyknown,particularlyinthesupermarketcashregistersystemisinseparablefromthecomputer,thesystemcompleteofthesaleorpurchaseoperation,thesystemwillautomaticallycompletethecorrespondinginformationchanges.Querysystemisthecoreofthesystembasedmainlyinthenumberandtitleofgoods,suchasquery,thepurposeistofacilitateusers,inordertofindfastertothevariousmaterialsandthebasicproductqualityinformation.Systemintegrityoftheuserstoadd,deleteandmodifypasswordfunction,thesystemusedinMicrosoftOfficeAccess2000todesigndatabases,andusethecurrentgooddevelopmenttools-VB6.0,ithasthemostflexiblestructureofthedatabase,thedatabaseapplicationsaregoodsupport.Thispaperintroducesthetopicofdevelopmentbackground,tobecompletedbythefunctionanddevelopmentoftheprocess.Focusonthedesignofthesystemthefocusofdesignideas,technicaldifficultiesandsolutions.

1.1socialbackground

Withmodernscienceandtechnologyintherapiddevelopmentofcomputertechnologyhasinfiltratedbrotherareas,asanessentialtoolforallsectors,inparticularthepromotionofInternettechnologyandtheestablishmentoftheinformationsuperhighway,sothattheITindustrymorecompetitiveinthemarketshoweditsuniqueadvantages,enteredtheeraofinformation,andhasahugewaitingforthedataprocessingandtransmission,whichmakesthedatabaseonthefurtherdevelopmentanduseofitisparticularlyurgent.

Attachmentperiod,wehaveadoptedinthemarketsurvey,forthesmallandmedium-sizedsupermarketsnowonthebusinessandpersonnelmanagementoftheactualneedsofthedevelopmentofthissupermarketmanagementsystem.Inthedevelopmentprocess,wefocusedonthecurrentmanagementofthesupermarketcharacteristicsandtheactualleveloftechnicalstaff,basedontheWindowsgraphicaluserinterfaceeasytolearnanduseofthisoperatingenvironment,inthesystemdesignprocess,weasapeopleeasyaccessibilityMachineInterface,allowinguserstofullygraspintheshortterm.Wealsoalwaysgivetopprioritytotheaccuracyofthesystem,dataintegrityandtodealwiththevalidity.Onthebasisofthisoptimizationcode,tospeedupthesystemoperationandreducethesystemresourcesoftheoccupier.

SupermarketsinChinaformedinthe20thcentury,theearly1990s,Chinahasnowbecomeanimportantformoftheretailindustryforthedevelopmentofthenationaleconomyhasplayedanimportantrole.Withthehigh-speeddevelopmentofsupermarkets,itsmanagementhasbecomeincreasinglycomplex,earlyintheformofsalespersonsZhanguisialreadyunabletomeetexistingsalesdevelopment,andthattheurgentneedtointroducenewmanagementtechniques.

CommodityManagementofthesystemagainstthescopeofbusinessandjobcharacteristics,designofthestockmanagement,stockenquiries,salesmanagement,salesenquiries,inventorymanagementandsystemmaintenancesixsubsystems,sixsubsystemsincludingthemanagementofmajorcommoditiesbusiness,thefullrealizationofthepurchaseofgoods,payment,sales,receivables,andinventorymanagementofthecomputerbusiness,greatlyreducetheworkloadofthestaffofshops,andcomprehensivelyimprovethemanagementefficiencyofthemanagementofgoodsaswellasservicequality,andlevelofthecommoditymanagementBusinesssoarstoanewlevelinaccordancewiththeneedsofmoderncommoditymanagementanddevelopment,andeasytooperateandaestheticallypleasinginterfacetotheusersavealotofvaluabletime,thefullrealizationofthepurchaseofgoods,payment,sales,receivablesandinventorystatistics,thecomputermanagementbusiness,greatlyreducetheworkloadofthestaffofshops,storesandcomprehensivelyenhancetheefficiencyandservicequalitymanagement.Supermarketsneedtodealwithalotofinventoryinformation,butalsoalwaysupdatingproductsalesinformation,addingcommodityinformation.Facedwithdifferenttypesofinformation,theneedtorationalizethedatabasestructuretopreservedata,theneedforeffectiveprogramstructuretosupporttheimplementationofvariousdatamanipulation.StoreautomationofproductmanagementinEuropeandtheUnitedStatesandothercountrieshavealreadybeenrealized,isthebasisofretailmanagement.Itcanbethemostimportantfeatureofreal-timeandaccuratecontroloftheshopsales.Ifwecangraspinrealtimethesalesprocessandsales,canbeeffectiveinspeedinguptheturnoverofgoodsandimproveservicequalityandreduceproductprices,suchasinconsistentwiththeproblemsthathaveoccurred.Customerrequirementsoftheconsumerisshoppinginthesupermarketinthehopethatbasicallycanbeboughtforcommodities,butalsotoensurethatthequalityofgoodsbutalsoenjoyhigh-quality,convenientservice.

2.1Thetechnicalfeasibilitystudy
