　　2003年述职报告2004.01.06一年来，在省行党委领导的正确领导下，认真学习科学理论，努力改造世界观，与全处同志团结协作，较好地完成了领导交给的各项工作任务。

一、圆满完成农村“三个代表”重要思想和思想道德集中学习教育活动的任务。

受领导委托，我负责学教活动办公室工作。

按照上级要求，我认真组织学习教育活动实施方案的制定，开展检查督导，收集反馈交流信息，编写各种文字材料及档案资料的整理。

主动为党委领导当好参谋，使这两项活动得到健康顺利开展，取得了很好的成效。

全行系统76个县级支行参加农村“三个代表”11月初，中央金融工委、总行派人到我行检查时给予了充分肯定。

古县支行和靖县支行分别受到总行表彰。

思想道德教育活动我行属免检单位，得到总行的充分肯定。

二、努力探索新形势下加强思想政治工作的措施办法，为改革与发展提供精神动力。

组织召开了全行宣传思想工作暨政研会年会，总结交流了全行开展职工思想政治工作的经验，对新形势下开展职工思想政治工作提出了新的措施办法。

深入基层开展基层职工思想状况调研，并设置五个专题，分工各市分行进行专题调研，对全面掌握了解基层职工思想状况，为党22个服务行业社会满意度公开测评中获得第二名的好成绩，在第三届创建文明行业竞赛活动总评中有望取得好的成绩。

本人被省文明办推荐为第八届精神文明建设先进个人。

经过各级行不懈的努力，县级支行以上单位被授予各级文明单位的占80%以上，第八届省级文明单位数量有望比上届翻一番。

罗湖支行被中央文明委评为创建文明行业工作先进单位，乐山市支行被中央金融工委评为精神文明建设先进单位，并被总行推荐为国家级文明单位。

全行文明单位的普及率及档次有了明显提高，达到了历史最好水平。
