ThesociologistCharlesCooleycalledcommunication“themechanismthroughwhichhumanrelationsexistanddevelop_allthesymbolsofthemind,togetherwiththemeansofconveyingthemthroughspaceandpreservingthemintime”.
Transferofinformation:
When“communication”happens,informationflowsfromonepersontoanother,andthenthereceivermaygivesomefeedbacktothegiver.Duringthisprocess,theinformationisshared,andthegiverandreceivercanplaytheoppositerole.
