AppearanceInspection外观检查Forreelpackagedwire&cable,onereel/bucketpetlot,sampling530mperreel;Forthebuckpeckedwire&cable,fivesampleperlot.对于卷装或桶装的电线/电缆，每批抽一卷/桶，每卷/桶抽530m;对于散装的电线/电缆,每批抽五条,Visualinspectiononthesurfaceofwire&Cable.Refertosample目视检查电线/电缆表面。

参照样板ConductorConstruction导体结构Tostriptheinsulationbystripperandvisualcheckthenumberofconductors（N）,Randomlysample3conductorstomeasuretheeachdiameteronanypointbymicrometercaliper.Recordtheaverage（Diamm）of3diametersandcalculatetheCMAasfollowingformulaintoIQCInspectionRecord.CMA=N*106*（Dia/25.4）2用剥皮钳去掉绝缘皮,目视检查导体的根数（N）,随机抽取3根导体,用千分尺在每根导体的任意点分别测量直径,记录3根导体的平均直径（Dia）mm,并按照下面的公式计算CMA于IQC检查记录里:

CMA=N*106*（Dia/25.4）2InsulationThickness（Avg）平均绝缘厚度Tosample60in（1.5m）longfinishedwire.Figuringfromtheendofsample,measurementistobemadeofthemaximumandminimumdiametersovertheinsulationateachoffive,points,10in（254mm）,20in（508mm）,30in（762mm）,40in（1016mm）,and50in（1027mm）fromthatend.Theinsulationistoberemovedforashortdistancebystripperatoneendofthesamplewithoutdamagetotheconductororseparatorandeachhollowsectionistobeslitlongitudinally.Themaximumandminimumthicknessisthentobemeasuredbyprojectot.Calculatetheaverageof10date.取60in（1.5m）长的成品线.从样品的一端在10in（254mm）,20in（508mm）,30in（762mm）,40in（1016mm）,50in（1270mm）位置用剥线器剥出一小段绝缘层（不能有破损）,用刀片将绝缘层切成薄的横截片（越薄越好）,用投影仪测量5个切片的绝缘厚度,每个切片最大和最小值,度算10个1.0Inspectionitems,samplingfrequencyandinspectionMethod:

检查项目、检查频率和检查方法Inspectionltems检查项目SamplingFrequency抽样频率InspectionMethods检查方法ManufacturerofMaterial物料制造商100%inspectionperlot.每批全检Visualinspectiononpackaginglabel.目视检查包装标签。

4h1.Immerseinthe24-290C（80-850F）waterandimmersefor30minutes,在温度24-290C（80-850F）水和甲醇中浸30分钟2.Heatedin1051.00C*168h在1051.00C加热168小时ColorRetentionTest颜色保留RefertorelatedcustomersspecandULstandard.参照相关客户和UL标准.1.Aspecimentobetestediscutorbrokenintosmallpiecesandsealedinanair-tight16ouncejarwith1/4ordistilledwaterandmaintainedat150Ffor48hours.Attheendofthisperiod,theairinthejarwillbecheckedforodor.把绝缘层切成几小片,密封在一个体积为16盎司的广口瓶内,瓶内装有约1/4高,温度为1500F的蒸馏水,保持48小时,打开瓶盖,闻瓶内空气是否有异味,2.Asampleofthematerialtobetestediscutorbrokenintosmallpiecesandsealedinanair-tight16ouncejarwith,butnotincontactwith,apat（1/4/1-1/4*1-1/4）offreshunsaltedbutterandmaintainedat45-500Ffor70hours.Attheendofthisperiod,theairinthejarischeckedforodorandthebutterforodorandtaste.把绝缘层切成几小片,和一块体积为7*32*32mm的新鲜黄油一起密封在一个体积为16盎司的广口瓶中,要注意不能让两者接触.将广口瓶在45-500F的温度下保持70个小时.打开瓶盖,闻瓶内空气和品尝黄油是否有异味.OdorandTasteTransferenceTest气味及味道测试InsulationResistance绝缘电阻Onceeveryoneyear,5-30meverytime.每年一次,每次抽取5-30mTestedbyInsulationResistanceTester用绝缘电阻测试仪测试Voltage-Withstand耐压TestedbyVoltage-WithstandTester用耐压测试仪测试。

漏印字,印字不可辩认或错误,刮花,断裂,变色,错色,材料错误等）,参照样板2.Fortheaboveitems,ifInspection/TestReportprovidedbysuppliers,therelateditemsmaybenotdone.对以上项目,如果供应商有检查或测试报告提供,相应的项目可以免做.3.ForInsulationTightness,InsulationResistance,Voltage-Withstand,TensileStrengthandElongationofinsulation,FlameTest,ColdBendTest,ColorRetentionTestandOdorandTasteTransferenceTest,IQCshallsendsamplestolabtoperformthetest.Refertoworkinginstructionfromlabofdetailedtestmethod,对于附着力测试、绝缘电阻、耐压、绝缘抗张强度及延伸率、护套抗张强度延伸率、燃烧试验、冷弯测试、颜色保留、气味及味道测试，将由IQC送样给试验室完成测试。

详细测试方法参照试验室工作指引。

4.Cableandwiresupplierneedprovidecopperanalysisyearly电线供应商每年需提供铜材分析报告。

Inspectionltems检查项目AcceptableCriteria接收标准Remark备注1.Fortheaboveitems,ifnospec/requirementsdefinedinEER/FA,therelateditemsmaybenotdone.对以上项目,如果在EER或FA中没有介定规格或要求,相应的项目将不做检查.Reamark:

对于其它测试接受标准,参考UL相关标准,Page4of4OdorandTasteTransferenceTest气味及味道测试RefertorelatedcustomersspecandULstandard,参照相关客户和UL标准,Grade0-noodor/taste;Grade1-slightodor/taste;Grade2-moderateodor/taste;Geade3-Strongodor/taste.Only,Grade0,1canbeaccepted,0级:

无气味/味道,1级:

轻微气味/味道;2级:

中等气味/味道;3级:

严重气味/味道.只有0、1级才可接受。

Packaging包装Nobreakageonpackagingandlabelisintact&right,Ifthethewire&cableapprovedbyUL,thereisULlabelonthepackaging,无包装破损,标签要求完整,正确,若电线通过UL认证,包装上要有UL标签.ColorRetentionTest颜色保留Notremovedorchanged.没有褪色或改变
