ⅢProcessoftheinternship
Duringthisinternship,myjobmainlyincludetwoparts:
handlingclassesandactingasaheadteacher.
handlingclasses
Intheprocessoftheinternship,Ireviewedarichandvariedcampuslife,feltthecrisprhythmoftheteachingwork,andexperiencedthejoyofbecomingateacher.Meanwhile,Ilearnedalotofthings,especiallyIwasawareofmyownweaknessesfrommanyproblemsIfacedduringthesocialpractice.Asaheadteacher,itisdifficulttomanageaclasswhichiscomposedof50to60studentswellbecauseclassmanagementisnotanovernightthingwecanachieve,thetimeandeffortsinvestedlikeseawater,whichcannotbemeasuredingallons.Eachstudenthastheirownpersonalities,hobbies,andalsohavetheirownweaklinks.Asasayinggoes,easiersaidthandone!

theexpressionisnotrich,thelanguageisnotfluent,thesoundistoosmall,didnotseizethekey,donotknowhowtoattractstudentstolectures,donotknowhowtoguidestudentstothink,donotconductstudenttodiscusswell,andwritingontheblackboardisnotuptostandard.Althoughmypracticeissoembarrassing,mydeterminationofbeingateacherbecomesmorefirmbecauseoftheactivecooperationofthestudentsandinstructor'ssupports.Nowthepupils'thinkingaremoreopenthanbefore,theyhaveaverystrongsenseofcuriosityandthirstforknowledgeofnewthingsandnewproblems.Becauseitiseasytotransferstudents'attentionofthelowergrades,teachersshouldexpressthemselvesvividlyandmakethefulluseofvariousinstructionalmedia.Themoreimportantthingistoguidethem,inspirethem,allowthemtoidentifyproblemsandsolveproblemsthroughgroupcollaboration.Onlyinthiswaythatcanthestudentsacquireknowledgeandmasterlearningmethod.IthinkIamquiteapatientperson,Icarefullyobservedthepupils'behaviorsandfoundthat:
achildlikestobepraisedandtokeepthemselvesintheforeground.Inaddition,theyliketoshowtheiradvantages,donotliketobebound.Therefore,teachersusuallypraisethosewhoperformwelltostimulatetheotherstudents'self-respect,andencouragethemtolearnfromthetopstudents.Itisaeffectivewaytocreateagoodatmosphereforlearning.Duringtheprocessofasubjectclassmeeting,studentsareactivetospeakouttheirownviewsandunderstandings.Throughthesubjectclassmeeting,wecanlearnmoreaboutcharacteristicsandpersonalitiesofthestudents,whichlaythefoundationforclassmanagementandrealizationofclass'educationalobjective.Besides,otherinstructiveactivitiesbeingcarriedoutgivestudentschancestoexperiencetheessenceoflife.

actingasaheadteacher
Beingaheadteacherwasalsoanimportantaspectofpractice.Theheadteacherisaclassmanager,classeducator,andalsoaclassdesigner.Inadditiontothenormalteachingwork,theheadteacherisalsoresponsibleforcommunicationandcoordinationbetweenteachers,students,aswellasteachersandstudents,whichcanbedescribedasalongwaytogo.Theheadteacher'sworkisreallytrivial.Inthemorning,sheorhemustcheckonthemorningreadingandattendanceofthestudents.Besidesthat,doingteachingplan,payingattentiononstudents’mentalandphysicalhealth,maintainingclassorderandthingslikethataretheheadteacher’sdailycompulsoryhomework.Throughthepractice,Ilearnedhowtocommunicatewithstudentsandgainedsomeexperienceofbuildingaclasswell.
Throughthispractice,Ilearnedalotfromtheinstructor'swordsanddeeds.TheirguidancespassedintomymindandIwillrememberthemforever.Astheoldadagegoes:

ⅣSummary
Tobegoodatcommunicatingwithpeopleinthesocietyrequiresaseriesoflong-termexercises.Becausetherewasnoopportunitytoworkbefore,Ilackedtheactingabilityaccordingtocircumstances.Therewasnodoubtthatagapinaconversatiionwouldhappen,whichwasveryembarrassing.Peoplecannotlivealonewithoutcooperation,soweshouldintegrateintothesociety,andworktogetherwithothers.Bydoingso,thingscanbedonemoreefficientlyandsmoothly,inotherwords,wewillgettwicetheresultwithhalftheeffort.Ifothersgiveyouadvices,youshouldlistenpatientlyandacceptthemhumbly.
