Nowadays，campusloveispopular.Somecollegeteachersarguethatstudentsshouldgiveuploveforthesakeoflearning.Theymaintainthatloveistimeconsumingandinfluencesone’slearning.Somestudents，however，holdthatastudentwhofallsinlovewillstudyharderandwillmakegreaterprogress.Theydon'tbelievethatapersoninlovelagsbehindinhisstudies.

Therearedifferentkindsofloveoncampus.Somestudentsregardloveaskillingtimeoraddingcolor；somearepragmatic，thinkingit'sdifficulttofindabetterpartneraftergraduation；thepurposeofothersisforseekingtheimpetusofstudy.Anyhow，farawayfromhomeandalone，seekingfriendship，understandingandlove，theboysandgirlseasilyfindcomfortandappreciationfromoneanother.

Asamateroffact，loveisasharpdouble-bladedknife.Havingitwillmakeyouveryhappy；whilelosingit，youalwaysfeeldisappointedanddepressed.Whenthebondoflovebroken，goingonstudyingasusualorsinkinglamentorevenbeingcrazydependonus.Wewillnotletromanticentanglement（纠缠）interfere（妨碍）withourstudies.

Loveisanaturalandquiet.Duringtheprocessoflovewewillexperienceromanticlove，frustratingloveandcriticalloveandreallove.Truelovewillovercomeourpainanddismay，warmourheart，andsparkourspiritwithdelightforcesbutnotresistance.

5.Competitionandcooperation

Competitionisacommonphenomenoninoursociety.Wecompetewhenweplaygames，wetrytodobetterthanothersinourstudy，andthereisconstantcompetitionforjobs，fame，wealthandsoforth.Therefore,wecansaythat，inacertainsense，competitionisoneofthemotiveforcesofthedevelopmentofourmodernsociety.

6.TodaysLuxuriesAreTomorrowsNecessities

By"luxury"，wemean"apleasantandoftenexpensivethingthatisnotnecessary".Fromahistoricalpointofview，thingswhichWerealuxurywhentheyfirstcameintobeingallbecamenecessitieslater.WhentheelectricbulbwasfirstinventedintheU.S.，itwassuchaluxurythatonlygovernmentbodiescouldaffordtouseit.Nowadays，however，ithasreachedeverypartoftheworld.Itisthesamecasewithtelephone，TV，andalotofothers，whichwereallluxuriesyearsago.

Anything，nomatterhowluxuriousitis，willbecomeanecessitywhenitiswidelyused.Thisistrueofmanyofthepresentluxuries，includingmobilephones，cars，computersandmanyotherthings.Itisknowntoallthatthepurposeofthedevelopmentofscienceistomakethingseasyforthemankind，notforonlyasmallnumberofpeople.Therefore，thefirstthingtodoafteranewinventionoccursistospreaditsoastobenefitasmanypeopleaspossible.Inthecourseofthespread，theluxurybecomesdecreasinglyluxuriousuntilintheenditbecomesanecessity.Thisisanobjectivelaw，nothingcanbeanexception.
