b)Watertanks,pipesshallfulfilltestconditions,beflushed&testedasqualified;

c)Testloopsareflushedalreadyandtestedasqualified;

d)Motorvalvesincirculatingpipelinesforpumpindividualtry-outaretested&availableforuse.

4.3Electricinstruments

a)Motorpowercableconnectionisfinishedandisavailableforanidletest;

b)Relevantcontrol&protectioncircuitsaretestedasqualifiedandreadyforuse.

4.4Relevantdocuments

Allkindsofrelevanttechnicalmaterialsandrecordsheetsforpumptry-outarepreparedreadyforuse.

4.5Machines&tools

Allkindsofmachines,tools,meters,gauges,instrumentsandtestequipmentsshallbepreparedreadyandcompleteandingoodststus.Someofthemshallbetestedbymeteringdeviceandhaveeffectiveverificationcertificatesandshallbeinvalidperiod.

Theaccurancyofthepressuregaugeisclass1.5,andthemeasuringrangeshallbe1.5-2timesthetestpressure.

6Detaileddescriptionofpumpcommissioning

6.1Checkpriortocommissioning

a)Checkwhetherornot:

thepumpoutlook,KKScoding&modelconformtodesignindices;

b)Specificationstype&guantityoflubricantfilledintolubricatingplacesconformstodesignunelexes;

c)Staticjointsofpumpunitshouldnotbeloosened;

d)Manualturnofpumpshouldbeagilewithnoabnormalstatus;

e)Valvesstatusintestloopsshouldbecorrect.Valvesusedintestoperationshallbenumberedwithabviouswarningsymbolshungovertoavoidmisoperating.

6.2Motortestoperation

Thisincludesjoggingtesttrialandidletest,accordingtotherequirementsof《ACMotorTestProcedure》andrecordsshallbetakenaswell.Switchonmotortorunforamomentandthenswitchitofftoseeifrotatingdirectioniscorrect.

6.3Resettingofcoupling

Resetthedecoupledtwohalvesofthecouplingintotheoriginalplacesfollowingthemarksmadebeforethedecoupling.Afteritisreset,recheckwhetherallthefixingstatusshallmeetdesignindices.Ifit’squalifiedfixthesafetyquardtothecoupling.RecordtheresultsinAppendix1&2.

6.4Pumpstartup&testoperation

a)Closefrontvalve&rearvalveofpumpbeforewaterfilling;

b)Fillwaterintopipeline&pumpunit:

Fillwaterintopipelineinfrontofthepumpfirst,whenthepipelineisfullyfilled,setfrontvalveofthepumptoafullopen15%degree,andfillwaterintothepumpatthesametime,opentheairvalveattopandexhaustairuntilwaterispouredoutfromthisairvalvesmoothly,thenopentheinletvalveatafullscaletofillwaterintothepump.Nowopenvalvesofoutletandinletofthepressuregauges,andexhaustairfoomthepipelineuntilthewaterispouredoutfromthepipelinesmoothlyandclosethevalvesatinletandoutletofthemanometer;

c)Makepumprunbyhand;

d)Within2minutesafterpumpstart-up,openthevalveattheoutletofpumptobuildratedworkingconditions;

e)Underratedworkingconditionstestoperationisundertaken,thefollowingitemsshallbetested&recorded:

presureattheinletofpump&attheoutlet(closingstatusofoutletvalveandstablestatusofvalveafterstartup),motorcurrent,rotationspeed,bearingtemperature,noise,vibration&leakageofmechanicseals.
