    However, whatmostparentsfailtoseeisthatthebesteducationtheycangivetheirchildrenis usuallyverycheap.Parentscanseethattheirchildren'sskillsvary; theywillusuallybeskilledinsome areaswhilepoorinothers.Whatmostparentsfailtorealizethough, isthattoday'schildrendon’tbelieveinthemselves.

    Theproblemisthatparentsareonlyeducatingtheirchildrenonhowtotakemultiplechoicetestsand howtostudyeffectively.Theyarenotteachingthemthemostimportantskillstheyneedtobeconfident, happyandclever.

   Parentscanhelpachievethisbyteachingtheirchildrenpracticalskillslikecooking, sewingandother housework.

    Teachingachildtocookwillimprovemanyoftheskillsthathewillneedlaterinlife.Cooking demandspatienceandtime.Itisanenjoyablebutdifficultexperience.Agoodcookalwaystriesto improvehiscooking, sohewilllearntoworkhardandgraduallyfinishhisjobsuccessfully.Theresult, a well-cookeddinner, willgiveachildalotofsatisfactionandconfidence.

    AnoldmachinesuchasabrokenradioorTVsetthatyougiveyourchildasatoymaymakehim curiousandarousehisinterest.Ifhewillspendhourslookingatit, andtrytomendit, yourchildmight becomeanengineerwhenhegrowsup.Suchactivitiesdomorethanteachachildtoreadabook; but rathertheyteachthemtothink,  andtousetheirminds.Thisismuchmoreimportantthanlearningby readingabook.

Thehardestthingintheworldissayingyestotheworld.Doyousayyestotheworld?

Mostofushaveahabitofgoingthroughourdayssayingnotothethingswedon’tlikeandyestothethingswelike,andyet,everythingwefaceisourlife.Wewon’tsayyestothethingswedonotlike,becauseweareafraidthatwewillnotremovethemforever.

Butinfact,itisonlythroughacceptingtheexistence(存在)ofwhat’snotworkingforusthatwecanbegintheprocess(过程)ofchange.Whenwesayyestotheworld,webegintobelievethatwhateveroursituationis,wecanworkwithit.Weexpressbeliefinourselves,andtheworld,andwealsoexpressawillingnesstolearnfromwhateverhappenstous,ratherthanrunningandhidingwhenwedon’tlikewhatwesee.Therefore,inoneword,sayingyesisreallygoodforourlife.

Thequestionwemightaskourselvesiswhatitwilltaketogettothepointofsayingyes.Forsomeofus,ittakesdealingwithsomethingwecan’trunawayfromorrefuse,andsowehavenochoicebuttosayyes.Forothers,theymightmakeadecisiontosayyestolifenomatterwhathappenstothem.Sayingyestolifemightbedifficultatfirst,andevenpainfulattimes,butifwecontinuetosayyestolife,itwillbefarlessdifficultintheend.Andwewillfindthejoyofbeinginanactivetalktotheworldwithaverypowerfulword‘yes’.Weshouldaccepteverythinglifeputsinfrontofus.
