Thehardestthingintheworldissayingyestotheworld.Doyousayyestotheworld?

Mostofushaveahabitofgoingthroughourdayssayingnotothethingswedon’tlikeandyestothethingswelike,andyet,everythingwefaceisourlife.Wewon’tsayyestothethingswedonotlike,becauseweareafraidthatwewillnotremovethemforever.

Butinfact,itisonlythroughacceptingtheexistence（存在）ofwhat’snotworkingforusthatwecanbegintheprocess（过程）ofchange.Whenwesayyestotheworld,webegintobelievethatwhateveroursituationis,wecanworkwithit.Weexpressbeliefinourselves,andtheworld,andwealsoexpressawillingnesstolearnfromwhateverhappenstous,ratherthanrunningandhidingwhenwedon’tlikewhatwesee.Therefore,inoneword,sayingyesisreallygoodforourlife.
