Thedevelopmentofindustrialrobots

Industrialrobotisarobot,itconsistsofaCaoZuoJi.Controller.Servodrivesystemanddetectionsensordevicecomposition,itisakindofhumanoidoperatingautomaticcontrol,canrepeatprogramming,canfinishallkindsofassignmentsinthreedifficultiesinauthorshipspacetheelectromechanicalintegrationautomationproductionequipment,especiallysuitableformanyvarieties,becomebatchflexibleproduction.Ittostabilizeandimprovetheproductquality,raiseefficiencyinproduction,improveworkingconditionsoftherapidrenewalplaysanextremelyimportantrole.

Widelyusedindustrialrobotscangraduallyimproveworkingconditions,strongerandcontrollableproductioncapacity,speedupproductupdatingandupgrading.Improveproductionefficiencyandguaranteethequalityofitsproducts,eliminatedullwork,savelabor,provideasafeworkingenvironment,reducesthelaborintensity,andreducelaborrisk,improvethemachinetool,reducetheworkloadandreduceprocessproductiontimeandinventory,enhancethecompetitivenessofenterprises.

Astechnologyadvances,thedevelopmentofindustrialrobot,theprocesscanbedividedintothreegenerations--generation,fordemonstrationreproduce,anditmainlyconsistsofrobothandcontrolleranddemonstrationteachingmachinescomposed,canpressadvanceboxtorecordinformationguideaction,thecurrentindustryrepeatedreappearanceapplicationofexecutionmost.Thesecondtofeelrobot,suchaspowerfulsleeptouchandvision,ithasforsomeoutsideinformationfeedbackadjustmentability,currentlyhasenteredtheapplicationstage.Thirdgenerationofintelligentrobotithassenseandunderstandingability,intheexternalenvironmentfortheworkingenvironmentchangedcircumstances,canalsosuccessfullycompletethetask,itisstillintheexperimentalresearchphase.

TheUnitedStatesisthebirthplaceoftherobot,asearlyasin1961,America'sConsolidedControlCorpandAMFcompaniesdevelopedthefirstpracticaldemonstrationemersionrobot.After40yearsofdevelopment,

theUnitedStatesintheworldofroboticshasbeenintheleadposition.StillItstechnologycomprehensive,advanced,adaptabilityisstrong.

JapanimportedfromAmericain1967,thefirstrobotin1976later,withtherapiddevelopmentofthemicroelectronicsandthemarketdemandhasincreaseddramatically,Japanwaslaborsignificantdeficienciesinenterprise,industrialrobotsby"savior"'swelcome,makeitsJapaneseindustrialrobotsgetfastdevelopment,thenumberofnowwhetherrobotsorrobotdensitiesaretopoftheworld,knownasthe"robotkingdom,"said.TherobotintroducedfromGermanytimethanBritainandSwedenaboutlate1956,buttheLabourshortagescausedbywar,nationaltechnicallevelishighersocialenvironment,butforthedevelopmentandapplicationofindustrialrobotprovidesfavorableconditions.Inaddition,inGermany,forsomedangerousprescribed,poisonousorharmfuljobs,robotinsteadofordinarypeopletothelabor.Thisistheuseofrobotsexploitawiderangeofmarkets,andpromotethedevelopmentoftheindustrialrobottechnology.Atpresent,theGermanindustrialrobotstotaloftheworld,whichonlybehindtoJapan.

TheFrenchgovernmenthasbeenmoreimportantrobottechnology,andthroughaseriesofresearchprogram,supportestablishedacompletescienceandtechnologysystem,makethedevelopmentoftheFrenchrobotsmoothly.Ingovernmentorganizationproject,payspecialattentiontotherobotresearchbasedtechnique,thefocusisontheapplicationresearchoninrobot.Andbyindustrysupportthedevelopmentapplicationanddevelopmentofwork,bothsupplementeachother,makerobotsinFranceenterprisesdeveloprapidlyandpopularizeandmakeFranceintheinternationalindustrialmachinewithindispensableifposition.

Britishjamiesincethelate1970s,promoteandimplementadepartmentmeasureslistedsupportthedevelopmentofpoliciesandmakerobotsBritishindustrialrobotsthantoday'srobotpowersstartedtoearly,andonceinJapanhasmadetheearlybrilliance.However,atthistimethegovernmentforindustrialrobotsimplementedtheconstrainingerrors.ThismistakeinBritaindust,therobotindustryinWesternEuropewasalmostinthebottomofit.Inrecentyears,Italy,Sweden,Spain,Finland,Denmarkandothercountriesbecauseofitsowndomesticrobotsmarketingreatdemand,developmentataveryfastpace.Atpresent,theinternationalonindustrialrobotcompanymainlydividedintoJapaneseandEuropeanseries.InAnChuanofJapanesearemainlytheethicalproducts,theoTC,panasonic,FANLUC,nottwomore,etc.TheproductsofthecompanykawasakiThemainAsiaticKUKA,GermanCLOOS,Sweden'sABB,ItalyCOworkpelatiahUandAustriaGMcompany.

IndustrialrobotinChinastartedinearly1970s,after30yearsdevelopment,roughlyexperiencedthreestages:

From9O2Ocenturysincetheearly,China'snationaleconomyachievetwofundamentalperiodoftransformationintoaanewroundofeconomicrestructuringandtechnologicalprogress,China'sindustrialrobotsupsurgeinpracticeandhavemadestrides,andhavedevelopedspotwelding,welding,assembling,paint,cutting,handling,palletizingetcvariousUSESofindustrialrobot,andimplementabatchofrobotapplicationengineering,formedabatchofindustrialrobotsforourcountryindustrializationbase,theindustrialrobotsoarlaidafoundation.Butcomparedwiththedevelopedcountries,Chinaalsohastheverybigdisparityofindustrialrobots.

Alongwiththedevelopmentofindustrialrobotdepthandthebreadthandraisethelevelofrobot,industrialrobotsarehasbeenappliedinmanyfields.Fromthetraditionalautomobilemanufacturingsectortothemanufacturingextensions.Suchasminingrobots,buildingrobotsandhydropowersystemusedformaintenancerobots,etc.Indefenseofmilitary,medicineandhealth,foodprocessingandlifeserviceareassuchastheapplicationofindustrialrobotswillbemoreandmore.Themanufacturingofautomobilesisatechnologyandcapitalintensiveindustry,isalsothemostwidelyusedofindustrialrobots,accountingforalmosttotheindustryformorethanhalfoftheindustrialrobots.InChina,theindustrialrobotfirstisalsousedinautomobileandengineeringmachineryindustries.Incarproductionofindustrialrobotisamajorintheequipment,thebrakepartsandwholeproductionofarcwelding,spotwelding,painting,handling,glue,stampingprocessusedinlargeamounts.Ourcountryisforecasttoriseperiod,enteredtheautomobileownershipinthenextfewyears,carwillstillgrowingataround15percentannually.Sothenextfewyearstheindustrialrobotdemandwill

showhighgrowthtrend,about50%ingrowth,industrialrobotsinourautomobileindustryapplicationwillgetarapiddevelopment.

Industrialrobotinadditiontothewideapplicationofintheautomotiveindustryinelectronic,foodprocessing,nonmetalprocessing,dailyconsumergoodsandwoodfurnitureprocessingindustriesforindustrialrobotsdemandisgrowingrapidly.InAsia,200572,600sets,installationindustrialrobots,comparedwith2004grewby40%,andapplicationinelectronicindustryaccountedforabout31%.InEurope,accordingtostatistics,since2004and2005inl:

tIindustryrobotinthefoodprocessingindustryincreased17%theapplicationofleftandrightsides,intheapplicationofnonmetalprocessingindustryincreased20%,anddailynecessitiesinconsumptionindustriesincreasedby32%inwoodfurnitureprocessingindustry,up18%orso.Industrialrobotinoilhasawideapplicationin,suchasseaoildrilling,oilplatforms,pipelinedetection,refinery,largeoiltankandtankweldingetcallcanuserobotstocomplete.Inthenextfewyears,sensingtechnology,lasertechnology,engineeringnetworktechnologywillbewidelyusedinindustrialrobotsworkareas,thesetechnologiescancausetheindustrialrobotapplicationmoreefficient,highquality,lowercost.Itispredictedthatfuturerobotswillinmedicalandhealthcare,biologicaltechnologyandindustry,education,relief,oceanexploitation,machinemaintenance,transportationandagricultureandaquaticproductsappliedfield.

InChina,theindustrialrobotmarketsharearemostlyforeignindustrialrobotsenterpriseholds.Beforethegunmanintheinternational,domesticindustrialrobotsenterprisefacinggreatpressureofcompetition.NowChinaisfroma"manufacturingpower"to"manufacturingpowerforward,"Chinesemanufacturingindustryfacesandtheinternationalcommunity,participateintheinternationaldivisionoflaborinthegreatchallengeofindustrialautomationincreaseimmediate,governmentmustcanincrease
