校园及周边环境排查整治实施方案

“校园及周边环境排查整治“百日会

战””实施方案

为认真贯彻落实上级文件精神，有序推进我校专项行动相关工作，根据我校实际，制定校园及周边环境排查整治“百日会战””实施方案。

一、主要目的:

通过开展“百日会战”集中行动，校园周边环境进一步优化，校园安全各项规章制度进一步完善，师生安全防范意识进一步加强，安全责任进一步落实，校园安全事故明显减少，重大责任事故发生得到有效遏制。

二、活动主题:

认真学习和完善各项安全制度，提高安全防范意识，彻查安全隐患，遏制安全事故的发生。

三、组织机构（开展“百日会战”领导小组）

学校要认真组织全体师生员工学习上级关于安全生产百日督查专项行动的通知精神，增强安全生产意识，熟悉安全生产内容和目标，建立长效安全生产工作机制。

经学校研究决定，成立《亚武小学“百日会战”安全领导小组》:

四、目标任务:

1、把开展“百日安全生产活动”与师生工作相结合起来，组织认真学习，坚持“谁主管，谁负责”，“谁管辖的范围，谁负责”，全面落实校园内各个方面，各个环节，各个岗位安全责任制，确保工作落到实处。

2、更新教育内容，创新教育手段，进一步开展危害性预防教育，警示教育，自防，自救能力教育等为重点安全教育活动。

3、彻底排查出安全隐患，包括校舍安全、食品卫生安全、交通安全、消防汛期安全、教学安全、安全保卫、学校周边环境安全、安全教育。

五、活动工作重点和主要内容

（一）完善安全工作保障体系

1、成立此次“百日安生产活动”工作领导机构和安全生产委员组织机构，各领导成员要明确目标任务，落实责任。

2、完善相关安全责任制度，与各班主任、教师签定安全生产责任制，把责任落实到各层次。

各个环节监管到位（需建立制度:

安全教育制度、消防管理制度、卫生健康管理制度、危险化学品管理制度、校外车辆与行人的管理，安全检查和会议制度、应急救援预案）

（二）重点排查整改隐患

1、由安全生产领导小级组织集中一次安全隐患大检查，同时要坚持对重点部位和重点环节定期或不定期的检查，要坚持开展岗位安全隐患自查。

2、结合我校实际情况的工作，对校舍楼，围墙、各种设施设备，用电安全等为重点，加强排查项次，对查出的问题现场提出整改意见，能执行整改的当场进行整改，组织进行安全专题检查。

3、切实做好消防安全工作，坚持消防工作日巡查，月检查，配备完善消防设施和器材，保证安全疏散通道畅通无阻，加强对电路的检查，防止因漏电，线路老等问题引发火灾，对提出的问题，及时整改。

4、认真整治隐患，加强隐患整改的管理，并按要求在规定期限内检查落实整改，对无力整改的隐患应及時报告，对于新发现的隐患要及时按要求整改。

（三）切实加强安全教育

1、通过宣传栏，黑板报，标语，国旗下讲话，红领巾广播战等形式，广泛的进行宣传消防，用电，交通，饮食卫生等方面的法律规章或安全常识，营造良好的安全文化氛围。

2、充分发挥开会的优势，牢固树立“时时讲安全、处处讲安全”的意识;提高师生的防范技能。

3、在远教室播放安全生产事故案例，消防安全知识，提高教师生对安全防范，让大家意识到安全问题应时刻小心注意，不仅上学注重安全，放学后也不能掉以轻心，认真做到安全工作万无一失。

（四）突出工作重点

1、加强领导，确保活动的正常的开展，对活动要进行部署和要求，抓好活动的发动，组织，检查考核，做到有布置，有活动，有总结，确保活动广泛深入开展。

2、开展安全生产大讨论活动，在百日安全活动期间，对存在的安全隐患和在实际操作过程中存在的习惯性违章行为进行深入的讨论，让每一名师生都参与到讨论当中发表自己的意见，指出大家在工作学习中容易出现的安全违章行为，让大家在以后的工作和学习中改正违章行为，用正确的行为来保证工作的顺利运行。

六、实施方法步骤

1、组织一次全校性安全大检查，把存在的安全隐患和需要改善的地方进行整改。

2、完善各项安全规章制度，与各级领导签定安全生产责任制，学校与教职工签定安全生产责任制。

3、在“百日安全生产活动”中组织一次大型的消防灭火应急逃生救援演习。

4、对全体师生进行相关的安全教育培训和义务消防队员的训练。

5、对检查中提出改善问题进行跟进和审核。

（三）总结阶段:

本校此次“百日会战”进行总结。

召开总结会议，对“百日会战”进行评议。
