首先本次选题能与时俱进，2008年6月1日国家颁布了限塑令，能紧跟时代形势。

其次，看上去是一个社会性的话题，其实仔细分析一下，与大学生的生活也是密切相关的，每个大学生都有用一次性塑料袋的经历，无论是在学校食堂还是在超市，这样就使得大学生有亲身经历，有话可说。

文章结构：

本次题目依然采取了三段式的结构，有描写现象——阐释问题——说明意义。

这个结构并不困难，在辅导班中都对每个段落结构，比如说描写现象、阐述问题、说明意义、发表评论等都进行了逐个讲解，并给出了具体的独家的闪光句型。

特别提醒的一点是，一定要注意第一个提示点中的时态问题，因为它说曾经广泛使用，细节决定成败，希望大家仔细体会。
