摘　要：

首先对林业的可持续发展进行了论述，在此基础山对可持续发展林业的相关技术及其技术创新进行了探究，并给出了相应的对策。

可持续发展是当今世界普遍关注的重大问题，也是未来社会经济发展的一大热潮。

与此同时，伴随着社会经济发展而来的环境问题，逐渐成为人类社会发展的一大瓶颈。

自1992年巴西里约热内卢召开的联合国环境与发展大会以来，可持续发展观已经得到了世界各国的普遍认可。

林业可持续发展也逐渐发展成为全球广泛认同的林业发展方向。

1　林业的可持续发展

　　所谓林业的可持续发展就是指在对后代人需求不构成威胁的前提下，最大限度的来满足当代人对林业的需求。

可持续发展作为适应现代社会发展的目标和模式，已经被世界普遍认可并接受。

可持续发展观涉涵盖社会、经济、文化以及环境、生态和人口等多个方面，是对人类社会发展的思考和长远探索的结果。

森林是地球生物圈中最大的生产者，对社会经济发展以及人类生活环境具有多种功能，直接关系到整个社会的可持续发展。

人类利用森林的过程大致可以分为4个阶段：

自然林业、农耕林业、工业林业和综合利用林业等。

同时，随着林业经济的发展，现行的森林经理论中逐渐融入了系统论、模拟论以及控制论等现代化的理论和技术，实现了从数量和空间上对林业系统作出多目标和综合利用的优化方案，实现了林业资源管理由传统粗放型向现代集约型的转移。

由于木材的采运直接关系到林业生态环境、林业生态系统的完整性以及稳定性和可持续性生产。

2.2.1　大力发展林业高新技术　在可持续林业生物技术创新方面，应该重视解决林业生长率低，林业资源差等难题，尤其是在生物科技和信息技术创新方面，加大对3S技术在林业资源管理中的投入和应用，实现数字林业的发展；同时，加大对林业在生态和灾害等方面的检测，构建信息检测网络，对林业资源进行动态数据的实时监控。

长期以来，由于人们对林业科技不够重视，林业科技人员素质低，数量少，严重影响着林业的可持续发展。

因此，加强林业技术创新，就必须切实加强对林业基层实用型人才和高技术人才队伍的建设，重视林业技术后备人才的选拔和培养。

鼓励林业企业兴办高新技术产业，推动林业产业新的经济增长点，加大对技术研究的投入，避免技术开发中的浪费，努力提高整个林业可持续发展的科技含量。

2）在林业企业中成立林业技术服务和示X中心，集咨询、服务等智能于一身，构建由林业部门、产业部门以及科研单位联合而成的全面配套服务体系，实现对林业产业中的关键技术和共性技术进行系统集成和工程化研究，引进国外先进的绿色消化技术和创新咨询服务平台，加强合作和协调，提高林业企业的技术创新和可持续能力。

　　创新是21世纪社会发展的主题，可持续发展林业也要求进行科学技术的创新。

通过不断的创新科学技术，找到解决林业资源和环境问题的方法和思路，使林业的可持续发展成为可能。

因此，林业的技术创新一定要从林业经营管理的体制和产业改革出发，不断提高技术人员素质和水平，全方位提高林业科技进步。
