初中英语教育实习报告
本学期以来，我主要做了以下的工作
一、搞好学生的思想道德建设，提高学生的学习积极性和教案质量。
主要以教书育人为本，对学生进行思想道德教育，特别是后进生，关心他们的身心发展和学习情况，鼓励他们的奋发向上,积极进取。
二、按照教案常规五个环节开展教案工作。
1、备课：
课前认真地备好每一节课，写好教案。
既备教材，又备学生，
针对学生分析、概括、表达能力差的特点，设计好教案方法。
2、上课：
课堂上尽可能调动学生的学习积极性，让学生多动手，多动口、，多动脑，让课堂气纷活跃起来，充分调动学生的主观能动性力图让学生学有所得。
3、作业和辅导：
作业的布置适量，有针对性，重点放在句形转换、完成句子，作业都能做到全批全改，并做好评讲工作，对学生的辅导方面，做到有耐心，有方法，因材施教，平时一些无心学习的学生，经过一个学期的耐心教育，学习兴趣明显提高，成绩也有较大的进步。
4、考试：
平时每天的作业都以试卷的形式，然后按考试要求进行批改。
每次考试后，都能做到查漏补缺，从中改正教案方法，也让学生调整学习方法，争取更大的进步。
5、反思:
对每一节课的成功及失败之处进行反思,并对今后的工作做出计划。
三、模块式教案。
在教案过程中，将英语分成听、说、读、写几方面进行教案。
听：
平时放录音，让学生跟录音读，训练学生的听力，并且利用撑握英语进行训练，还找一些专题训练，提高学生的听力。
说：
充分利用早、晚读，鼓励学生大胆读书，平时让学生在日常生活中，多说英语，训练学生的口语能力提高学生的学习兴趣。
读：
主要是提高学生的阅读能力，先告诉识学生怎样做这些题目，平时每个星期都发一份英语学习报，专门进行训练。
写：
作文教案要求学生要写真情实感的东西，不合格的要重写，强调字数和书写这些硬件的东西，要求每天坚持写英语日记,从中提高学生的写作能力。
练。
让学生每天在生活中发现问题,然后用英语进行对话交流。
四、存在问题：
有一部分的学生的阅读、分析表达能力较差，并且较多学生写作能力较差，书写语无伦次，并且相当了草。
今后,我会在这两个方面多加努力,取长补短，多增加一些实践上的训练,特别要对学习较差的学生进行帮教,让他们有足够的信心学好英语,力争在下期的学习中有较大的进步。
