Thebestdefenceagainstbullyinginschoolsisforteacherstoknowtheirstudentswell.Smallclasssizesallowteacherstobetterknowthecharactersoftheirstudentsanddevelopstrongerstaff-studentrelationships.Ifso,studentsaremorelikelytotrustintheirteacherswhentroubleisabout.Teachersaremorelikelytomaketherightdecisionsand,moreoftenthannot,wardoffoccasionsofbullyingbeforetheyhappen.
Butthishappensonlyinasteadyschoolenvironment,whereteachersarefamiliarfacesfrom
