1.SCOPE

ThisspecificationoutlinesthetechnicalrequirementsforaPackagedAnalyzerSystemtobeinstalledinthe300,000T/YPPUnitatDAQING,PRC.

ThePackagedAnalyzerSystemshallconsistof3GasChromatographAnalyzers,11sampleprobes,8pressurereducingstations,3FLS（FASTLOOPSTATION）,1AnalyzerHouseTag.CS001,redundantserialinterfacecardsforDCScommunication,remoteworkstationcompleteofprintertobeinstalledincabinet,intheRACKROOM（PLANTCONTROLROOM）,softwarepackage.

Fordetailinformation’saboutthegaschromatographsandaccessoriesrefertoIndividualDatasheet.

TheGasChromatographAnalyzers,sampleSystems,AnalyzerHouseandrelatedequipmentshallbemountedandinterconnectedwithutilitiesandaccessoriesasrequiredforcontinuousandunattendedoperation.TheAnalyzerSystemshallincludefeaturesandfacilitiestoaffordconvenientoperationandmaintenance.

2.RESPONSIBILITY

TheAnalyzerSystemVendorshallberesponsibleforalltheactivityrelatedtothedesignandmanufactureoftheAnalyzerSystem.

AnalyzerSystemVendorshallprovideengineeringdesign,procurement,manufacturing,assemblyandtestingservicesasrequiredtocompletetheAnalyzerSystem.

Theextentofworkshallinclude,butnottobelimitedto,thefollowingfunctions:

-EngineeringanddetaileddesignforcompletefabricationoftheAnalyzerSystem

-PreparationofdesigndrawingsforallaspectsoftheAnalyzerSystem.

-ProcurementofallrequiredAnalyzerSystemcomponents,equipmentand

materials

-FabricationandassemblyofallAnalyzerSystemcomponentsandtheAnalyzer

Houseaccordingtodesignandspecifications.

-Qualitycontrolofallmanufacturingwork.

-CommunicationprotocolimplementationforDCS/communication

-TestingandOwnerinspectionoftheAnalyzerSystem.

-PreparationandsubmittaloftheAnalyzerSystemdocumentation.

-PreparationandshipmentoftheAnalyzerSystemtothejobsite.

-AssistanceduringDCS/FATforcommunicationtesting

-Assistanceforstartingandcommissioningactivities.

AnalyzerSystemVendorshallberesponsibleforthecorrectandproperoperationoftheAnalyzerSystemaccordingtospecifications.

ThescopeofdesignresponsibilityforAnalyzerSystemVendorshallbefromtheprocesssampletap,includingthesampleprobe,totheoutputsignalwiringandincludeallancillaryaspectsrequiredforproperoperationoftheAnalyzerSystem.However,theextentofsupplyresponsibilitydoesnotnormallyincludeinterconnectingpiping,tubingandwiringasrequiredforinstallationoftheAnalyzerSystematthejobsite.

INSTRUMENTSGENERALREQUIREMENTS:

AllfieldinstrumentsshallbeIP65asminimumandsuitableforthelocalclimaticsiteconditionDetailprocedureforpreservationofequipmentduringshortandlongtimeofnon-operationshallbeprovidedinthefinaldocumentation.

InstrumentsinstalledinclassifiedareashallbeselectedinaccordancewithCENELECRules.

ElectronicinstrumentsinhazardousareashallbebasicallyIntrinsicSafe.

Analyzersaregenerallyspecifiedmultistreamsystem.Thematerialsusedshallbesuitableforthesamplestreamandthesurroundingatmosphere,AISI316shallbeselectedasaminimum,Theprocessanalyzersshallbespecifiedwithownpre-assembledsamplingandconditioningsystem.Wherepossibleanalyzersshallbeprovidedwithmanualcalibrationfacilities.

AtthispurposeontheDCS/sidearedundantgatewayisprovided.

TheAnalyzerSystemVendorshalltakeintoconsiderationthattheDCSshallbetheMASTERofthecommunication

CalibrationandoperationswillbeperformeddirectlyinsidetheAnalyzerHousethrougheachcontrolunitofPGCand/orinPlantControlRoomthroughadedicatedcommunicationcontrollercompletewithCRT/Keyboardf
