学生们在三年级上册第一单元时就已经学习了用英语打招呼、认识和了解新同学或新朋友，也学习了常用的招呼语Hello！

和如何作简单的自我介绍。

对英语有好奇心，喜欢听他人说英语。

能根据教师的简单指令做游戏、做动作、做事情（如连线）。

能做简单的角色扮演。

能唱简单的英文歌曲，说简单的英语歌谣。

能在图片的帮助下听懂和读懂简单的小故事。

能交流简单的个人信息，经过一年的学习，学生们已经可以用简单句型进行介绍，比如He\Sheis...，学生在此基础之上，本单元学生将进一步学习使用物主代词his\her更加地详细地描述自己、家人和朋友,从姓名、外表等方面入手，使语段更加丰满.但是对书写方面还比较欠缺。

教材分析

核心词汇是关于时间的单词及介绍朋友涉及到得相关词汇.

核心句型和日程用语是：

Hername’sJill.Nicetomeetyou.Seeyou.呈现了问候的日常用语以及如何介绍姓名.学生已经学习过自我介绍较简单的句型I’mPeter.同时在3B已经接触过物主代词my，所以在学习her，his这类物主代词时应该难度不大。

Lookandlearn部分提供了学生语言学习所需的词汇。

morning中字母组合or的发音应做强调。

Makeandsay部分呈现了Peter制作同学信息卡并做介绍的场景，是一个通过手工制作来操练核心句型的会话活动，要求学生用Listenandsay中所学的句型来介绍同学.

Listenandsay呈现了同学们与新同学Jill初次见面的场景对话。

核心句型是Hername’sJill.

Sayandact呈现了kitty遇见同学Peter，结识了Sally和Paul的场景。

本栏目提供了进一步运用语言的情境。

要求学生通过情景对话表演来巩固所学语言。

Learnthesounds呈现了包含字母a的两个单词，并配有一首儿歌。

通过儿歌的诵读，旨在让学生感受字母a在单词中的发音。

生词plate,table,on等不作要求，仅为学生体验语音起到辅助作用。
