亲爱的老师，同学：

大家好！

随着时间的推移，我们进入初中已有大半年了；顺着脚步的前行，我们挥手迎来了2011。

在新的一年里，我们又回到了新的起点，我们又树立了新的目标。

在初一下的学习中我给自己定了一个新的目标—无论大考小考，都要尽力考到全班前十名！

通过去年的期末考试，我的许多缺点都原形毕露，对于学习，我总是不主动，对于做事情，我总爱拖拖拉拉，边做边玩，尤其是我的阅读能力很弱，在考试的时候，品析句子，段落大意，文意把握这几个类型的题目总是会是我的绊脚石。

针对以上问题，我制出了以下解决方案：

一．（对于学习不主动）：

我认为对于这一缺点，我需要制作一个详细的时间安排表。

比如“在8点之前做完家庭作业，8点到8点40分做课外作业，8点40到9点复习当天所学的知识，等等”，把时间表贴在书桌前，这样，在监督自己完成作业的同时还可以改掉爱拖拉，浪费时间的坏习惯。

二．（对于阅读）：

对于阅读的困扰，我做出了一个果断的决定：

多做课外阅读书。

多做课外阅读可以很好地帮助我们拓宽视野，增强阅读能力。

一开始可能会偷一下懒，所以先每周写5篇，等养成了这个学习习惯后再每天写一篇。
