【摘要】改革开放以来，随着我国的经济迅速发展，我国的基础工程建设以及各种各样的工程建设一直在不断地、迅猛地发展着，我国的城市建设、农村建设以及各种工业建设都在蒸蒸日上。

我国的工程建设尤其是我国的基础建设的壮大和发展已经给我国广大人民带来了更多的切身利益，同时我国基础工程的建设也促进了我国的国民经济的发展，在我国的特色社会主义初级阶段起到了很重要的作用。

物资供应作为工程施工中一个重要环节，现今，物资供应受到了广泛的关注和重视。

　　物资供应在工程施工里起着极其重要的作用，良好的物资供应不仅能够更好地促进工程里施工的顺利进行，同时，良好的物资供应也能够提高工程施工的质量。

所以，对于工程了施工物资供应的管理就必须得严格认真、规范地管理。

只有严格规范的物资供应管理才能保证工程里施工过程中有良好的物资来源，良好的材料来源和良好的物资供应，严格规范的物资管理还能够更加有效地促进工程了施工工作的开展，能够更好的保障我国基础工程建设的质量，从而推动我国的工程建设和我国的其他行业的发展。

　　我国的各种工程中，工程里施工物资供应都存在着很多的问题。

诸如由于对物资供应管理重视不够，资金投入不足，多停留在原来的整套账务、采购、仓储和控制的管理模式上，造成了当前物资管理基础工作相对薄弱，是典型流程式、标准化的管理，而不是追求效益，主动进取的管理模式。

企业领导层、生产作业层对物资部门的要求是准时提供生产所需的物资，一旦延误生产，物资部门要负一切责任。

作为一种先进的库存管理理论，它可以解决库存管理中的部分浪费现象，降低库存管理成本，减少库存占用资金和仓库仓储管理费用，解决库存物资的老化、损失、变质等问题
