Abstract

Anautomaticdumplingmakingmachinesubstantiallycomprisingatransmissionmechanismfordoughsheetsthicknesscontrolanddelivery,aflourcontainerforcontainingflourtobeappliedoverthedoughsheets,stuffingcontrolandfeedingdevicesforfeedingafixedamountofstuffingsintoeachofthedoughsheets,apluralityofdumplingformingdevicesmountedontheperipheralsurfacesoftwopolygon-shapedrotatingwheelsforfoldingupthedoughsheetsafterstuffingshavebeenfedintoformadumpling,andapushingrodforpushingthefinisheddumplingsoutoftheformingdevicesintoadumplingcollector.

2.Theautomaticdumplingmakingmachineaccordingtoclaim1,whereinthetransmissionmechanismfordoughsheetscomprisestwowheelsoppositelyarrangedsothatthethicknessofthedoughsheetspassingtherethroughismaintainedconstant.

3.Theautomaticdumplingmakingmachineaccordingtoclaim1whereinawheelhavingazigzaggedsurfaceandastirrermeansareprovidedintheflourcontainerforstirringtheflourcontainedthereinandaccumulatingtheflouronsaidzigzaggedsurfaceofsaidwheelsothatwhenthelatterisinrotationalayerofflourwillbeappliedoverthesurfaceofthedoughsheet.

4.Theautomaticdumplingmakingmachineaccordingtoclaim1,whereinthestuffingcontrollercomprisestwointermeshingrollersoppositelyarrangedtoformanupperandalowerpartofthestuffingcontrollersothatwhenthetworollersrotatewithrespecttoeachotherafixedamountofstuffingswillbeforcedfromtheupperpartintothelowerpartofthecontroller.

5.Theautomaticdumplingmakingmachineaccordingtoclaim1,whereinthefeedingdevicecomprisesastuffingguidepipeforreceivingstuffingsandaverticallymovablefeedrod,saidguidepipebeingconnectedtoafixedsupportandsaidfeedrodbeingconnectedtoaverticallyslidableplateandcarriedtherewithtoformaverticalmotionforfeedingthestuffingsintothedoughsheets.

6.Thestuffingfeedingdeviceaccordingtoclaim5,whereinastuffingremoverhavingaclawportionincontactwiththefeedrodandcapableofaverticalmotionrelativetothefeedrodisfurtherprovidedforcompletelyremovingthestickystuffingsfromthefeedrod.

7.Theautomaticdumplingmakingmachineaccordingtoclaim1whereinthedumplingformingdevicecomprisesafixedlowerdieandarotatableupperdielockedtogetheralongoneside,andtheupperdieis180degreerotatablewithrespecttotheaxesontheothersidethereofsothataraisedblockonthelowerdiemaybetightlyclampedintoacorrespondingrecessformedontheupperdieforfoldingandcuttingthedoughsheetplacedthereinintoadesirableshape.

8.Theautomaticdumplingmakingmachineaccordingtoclaim1,whereinthepolygon-shapedrotatingwheelsaresubstantiallytwosynchronousoctagonwheelswithaprotectionsleevemountedinbetweenforpreventingflourfromfallingintotheshaftsoftherotatingwheels,andasetofeightdumplingformingdevicesismountedontheeightperipheralsurfacesoftheoctagonwheels.

Thepresentinventionrelatestoanautomaticdumplingmakingmachine.

DumplingisaverypopularChinesefood.Traditionalwayofmakingdumplingsistofirstmanuallyputaproperamountofstuffingsonapieceofdoughsheet,thencutthesheetintoasuitablesizeorshape,andfinallyfoldthesheetuptoformadumpling.Dumplingsproducedinthiswaymayundesirablybecometoolargeortoosmallbecausetheamountofstuffingstobeputinisdifficulttocontrol,andthethicknessofthedoughsheetsisnotconstant.Furthermore,thetraditionalwayofmakingdumplingsbyhandsisunsanitaryandinefficient.Itmaytake,forinstance,halfanhourorsotocompletedumplingsforaservingoftwo.Withthefastgrowingdemandfordumplings,anautomaticdumplingmakingmachineisindeedingreatneed.SUMMARYOFTHEINVENTION

Theprimaryobjectofthepresentinventionistoprovideanautomaticdumplingmakingmachinewhereinaseriesofoperationsrequiredtocompleteadumplingsuchasdoughsheetsdelivery,stuffingsfeeding,doughsheetscuttingandfolding,anddumplingproductremovingetc.areperformedautomatically.

Anotherobjectofthepresentinventionistoprovideanautomaticdumplingmakingmachinewhereinthethicknessofdoughsheetsandtheamountofstuffingstobefedincanbereadilycontrolled.

Stillanotherobjectofthepresentinventionistoprovideacompactautomaticdumplingmakingmachinewhichisefficientandsanitaryinmakingdumplingsandconsumesverylittlepower.
