2.2安装环境的要求和管理

2.2RequirementsandManagementofInstallationEnvironment

2.2.1安装现场

2.2.1InstallationField

安装变频器的地点应满足通风散热和操作的要求。

变频器背面离墙的距离不小于600mm，正面离墙的距离不小于1.5米。

变频器顶部（从风机顶部算起）到屋顶的距离不小于500mm。

2.2.2环境标准

2.2.2EnvironmentStandard

变频器安装在电气室内，工作环境温度为0～40oC。

由于工作中变频器将散发出大量热量（约电动机每100KW散发出3.5KW热量），电气室要配备通风或空调装置。

环境湿度最高为相对湿度90%，要避免凝露，例如在潮湿季节，特别是当变频器不工作时，不要将室内温度降得太低。

Themaximumenvironmenthumidityisrelativehumidity90%;condensationshouldbeavoided,forexampleindampseason,especiallywhendrivedoesnotwork,doesnotlowerthetemperaturetomuch.

安装高度应小于或等于海拔1000米，若超过1000米应降容使用，请咨询本公司。

Theinstallationheightshouldbelessthanorequalto1000m,whenexceeding1000m,reducecapacityforuse,pleaseconsultwithourcompany.

安装地点应无明显的振动，室内仅允许有少量干燥、非导电尘埃，不得有过量灰尘、腐蚀或爆炸性气体或导电尘埃。

Theinstallationsiteshouldnothaveobviousvibration,onlylittledryandnon-conductingdustisallowedinroom,thereshouldbenotoomuchdust,corrosionorexplosiongasorconductingdust.

2.2.3防范措施

2.2.3SafeguardMeasures

安装作业时，请将变频器盖上防尘罩，防止钻孔等产生的金属碎片落入变频器内部，安装结束后，请撤去防尘罩。

Wheninstallationoperation,pleasecoverdustshieldondrive,preventmentalfragmentsproducedbydrillingfromdroppingintoinsideofdrive,afterfinishinginstallation,pleaseremovedustshield.

各电气柜底部四角都有地脚螺钉孔，可用来固定柜体。

Therearescrewdownboltholesatfourcornersofeveryelectriccabinet,whichareusedtofixcabinetbody.

如果地面不平整，变频器柜外壳可能发生变形，由于柜跨距较大，可能导致门发生错位，甚至无法正常开关。

Ifthefloorisnotlevel,distortionofdrivecabinetshellmayemerge,becausethespanofcabinetisgreat,whichmaycausemalpositionofdoor,andthedoorcannotbeopenedorclosednormally.

2.3施工安装方案

2.3ConstructionandInstallationScheme

2.3.1设备的安装尺寸

2.3.1InstallationDimensionofEquipment

变频器的外形尺寸由本公司提供，如下图所示：

变频器设备安装时，考虑通风散热及操作空间的需要，整套装置背面离墙距离不得小于1000mm，装置顶部与屋顶空间距离不得小于1000mm，装置正面离墙距离不得小于1500mm。

Wheninstallingdriveequipment,pleasetakethedemandofventilation,heatdispersionandoperationspace,thedistancebetweenbackfaceofthewholedeviceandwallshouldnotbelessthan600mm,thedistancebetweentopofdeviceandceilingshouldnotbelessthan500mm,thedistancebetweenfrontfaceofdeviceandwallshouldnotbelessthan1.5m.

所有柜体应牢固安装于基座之上，并和厂房大地可靠连接。

变压器屏蔽层及接地端子PE也应接至厂房大地。

各柜体之间应相互连接成为一个整体。

Allcabinetsshouldbeinstalledonbasefastandconnectedwithworkshopgroundreliably.Theshieldlayerofdriveandgroundingterminalshouldbeconnectedtoworkshopground.Allcabinetsshouldbeconnectedwitheachothersandintoawhole.

安装过程中，要防止变频器受到撞击和震动，所有柜体不得倒置，倾斜角度不得超过30°。

Duringprocessofinstallation,preventthedrivefromknockingandshaking,allcabinetscannotbeplacedwithbottomupandangleofinclinationshouldnotbemorethan30°.

2.3.2安装电缆

2.3.2InstallationCable

电气安装主要包括柜体到现场的输入输出高压电缆、柜体之间的连接线、柜体和现场的控制及信号线的配线。

Theelectricinstallationmainlyincludeshigh-voltagecablefromcabinettofield,connectinglineandwiringofcabinet,on-sitecontrolandsignalline.

●定子电源电缆

●StatorPowerCable

调速电机主绕组电缆，该电缆的一端接至旁路柜，另一端接至调速电机定子绕组端。

其电缆的规格详见安装施工示意图。

●高压电源电缆

●High-voltagePowerCable

高压进线电缆，该电缆的一端接至旁路柜，另一端接至高压配电室中的高压操作柜。

其电缆的规格见安装施工示意图。

●高压连锁电缆

●High-voltageInterlockCable

高压联锁电缆是控制柜控制高压的合闸、分闸、高压合闸状态检测等对高压开关的操作。

其电缆的规格见安装施工示意图。

High-voltageinterlockcableisusedforwhatthatcontrolcabinetcontrolsswitchinginandopeningofhigh-voltage,high-voltageswitchinginstatusinspectionandotheroperationforhigh-voltageswitch.RefertoInstallation&ConstructionDiagramforspecificationofthecable.

高压联锁电缆用于控制柜与用户高压断路器的连接，与控制柜中的高压合闸

中间继电器常开触点相连；分闸线路接至控制柜中的端子排上，同时与控制柜中的高压分闸中间继电器常开触点相连，从而控制高压的合闸、分闸。

High-voltageinterlockcableisusedforconnectionbetweencabinetandhigh-voltagecircuit-breakerofuserandnormallyopencontactofhigh-voltageswitchinginintermediaterelayincontrolcabinet;openingcircuitisconnectedtoterminalrowofcontrolcabinet,atsametime,connectedwithnormallyopencontactofhigh-voltageswitchinginintermediaterelayincontrolcabinetsoastocontrolhigh-voltageswitchinginandopening.

通过该电缆将来自用户高压断路器的一对无源接点接至控制柜中的端子，从而实现检测高压断路器合闸状态。

Twonon-sourcepointsfromhigh-voltagecircuit-breakerareconnectedtoterminalofcontrolcabinetviathecable,whichrealizesinspectingswitchinginstatusofhigh-voltagecircuit-breaker.

●交流电源电缆

●ACPowerCable

交流电源是用户提供给调速控制装置的380VAC/3KW的三相四线制控制电源，作为控制装置的冷却电源和开关操作电源，其电源来自用户低压配电室，通过该电缆接至

变频柜中的端子排上。

ACPoweristhe380VAC/3KWpowerof3-phase4-wiresystemthatusersuppliestospeed-regulationcontroldevice,whichservesascoolingpowerandswitchoperationpowerofcontroldevice,thepowercomesfromlow-voltageallocationroom,whichisconnectedtoterminalrowofcurrent-transformingcabinet.RefertoInstallation&ConstructionDiagramforspecificationofthecable.

●远控柜操作电缆

●Remote-controlCabinetOperationCable

远控柜操作电缆为用户在远控柜处对调速电机进行操作控制的操作电缆，通过该电缆将远控柜操作系统连接至控制柜中的端子排上，实现远控柜对高压开关的合闸、分闸操作控制。

其规格型号见安装施工示意图。

●远控柜指示电缆

远控柜指示电缆用于将调速系统的状态指示信号传至远控柜，在远控柜位置处显示调速电机的工作状态。

其规格可见安装施工示意图。

Remote-controlcabinetcableisusedfortransmittingthestatusindicatingsignalofspeed-regulationsystemtoremote-controlcabinetanddisplayingtheoperationstatusofspeed-regulationmotor.RefertoInstallation&ConstructionDiagramforspecificationofthecable.

●远控柜触摸屏通讯电缆

●CommunicationCableofRemote-controlCabinetTouchScreen

该电缆一端接至控制柜触摸屏，一端接至远控柜触摸屏。

实现两个触摸屏通讯。

Oneendofthecableisconnectedtocontrolcabinettouchscreen,theotherendisconnectedtoremote-controlcabinettouchscreen,whichcanrealizethecommunicationoftwotouchscreen.RefertoInstallation&ConstructionDiagramforspecificationofthecable.

●远控柜急停电缆

该电缆一端接至控制柜。

一端接远控柜。

电机在运行中出现紧急情况无法正常停车时，在远控位置进行紧急停车，使其直接作用于分闸回路。

其规格可见安装施工示意图。

●上位机操作电缆

●UpperMachineOperationCable

该电缆一端接至控制柜。

一端接至上位机。

上位机操作电缆为用户在DCS系统处对调速电机进行操作控制的操作电缆，通过该电缆将用户DCS操作系统连接至控制柜中的端子排上，实现DCS系统对调速电机的各种操作控制。

其规格可见安装施工示意图。

●上位机指示电缆

该电缆一端接至控制柜。

一端接至上位机。

上位机指示电缆用于将调速系统的状态指示信号传至上位机系统，在上位机位置处显示调速电机的工作状态。
